Finally, an update.

I've made 10+ renditions of this map over the course of the past 5-6 months, and I'm getting sick of seeing this damn thing.

 

"What does the 'final(?)' signify?"

There is a 50|50 chance this map will be the final version; granted, I have no other intentions of updating it, or there is a bugfix in question that needs attention.

 

"Anything new?"

Yes, there is.

-Added a Music Room-

2. Compressed Original Soundtrack

  • Game Intro / Bond Theme
  • Bunker I
  • Janus Control Centre
  • Subterranean Caverns
  • Credits Theme

-Doors now function as they did previously in the "ge_bunkerii_r3" map-

-Added a env_fog_controller entity to establish a render distance on behalf of players with sub-par systems-

-Compiled in LDR-

 

"Is there a Secret Room?"

It wouldn't be a secret if I were to answer that, but it is inevitable that someone will noclip there anyway.

 

*If you have seen the movie and are familiar with how the Goldeneye access protocols work, then the answer will be more clear as to how you gain access to the Music Room. The process is the same for both the Red and Blue Bunkers.*
