So how this game works is that someone says a tf2 hat and an unusual effect and also names a theme for the last person's unusual. Ex. Me Haunted ghosts brain bucket. Next person It is themed because it is a plants versus zombies hat and zombies are scary like ghosts. Electrostatic engineers cap. Next person It is themed because it is a train conductor's hat and new trains run on electricity. So those are basically the rules Also try not to repeat the same exact hat+effect.
