Bounty plugin rewrite
- Allows admins to reset bounties in the event of a freekill with /resetbounty
- You must now use !payout to collect bounties 15 minutes after you earn one (If you have unclaimed bounties, you will be reminded when you connect to the server)

LastCT Store!
- You can now purchase what weapon you want to use and what song plays when you get LastCT!
- Allows you to purchase primary and secondary weapons separately
- Default weapons are Mac10 + Glock
- One of 5 default songs will play if you have no song equipped
- Song name and artist will print in chat

- When LR activates during LastCT, both remaining players are granted invincibility for 1 second to prevent accidental kills during LR
