Peition: Allow Psp To Have Admin Access

Basically in the past PSP was able to modify the entire Minecraft files but now silence as you know, only you can and majority of us believe that having a separate server admin would benefit the Minecraft Division more. Please vote to agree for PSP to be the Direct Server Admin so that he can add mods and other useful tools.
