Bought 3 Hatpacks and it doesn't work.

I enabled the hatpack with /donated # and yet I let the server change map and everything but yet the hats don't show up on !hats ?

Please help me. I need to talk to someone high in command that can help me with a solution or anything! I don't want to waste 30 bucks on something that just doesn't work (Although donating to the server helps :D ).

What happens when you type !hats?

The menu/gui pops up but it is just blank. I left it up for 5 minutes and still was just blank.

Then my only advice is to reboot your computer, and if it still doesnt show then wait for Silence to answer.

He was on my server but i guess he is inresponsive to my questions and sort. T.T

Ok, you should have emailed me :P Go to Options -> Multiplayer -> Advanced -> Enable HTML MOTD and that should fix it. Ill add a plugin today that moves the player to spectate until they enable that.
