Not because you are requesting permission to join, but I get the impression this is going to turn into your unban request thread. Which kinda scares me. I mean, ideally you would try to make joining a little more off the record, to avoid a sea of -1's and the drama that always comes with them. Not sure how you'd go about doing that, and I haven't known that to happen to anyone beforehand. I also agree that it feels a little early.
