Do you use protein/ nutrient supplements? I'm just wondering because I read something saying if you don't use protein when you workout then you'll actually lose muscle.

 

i dont use any of the supplements or protein thingies, i just eat regular food and work out regularly, as long as u wait about 2 days between intense workouts, u wont lose muscle, and as long as u keep increasing ur workout every few weeks then ull be fine
