Hey! I'm about to hit up football on my Junior year of Highschool, So I'm going to have to play a speed position. Which I have been playing for 2 years and I'm tired of it. I want a power position. I wanna hit people with my body. I've always been very fast but unfortunately; kinda small too. I'm not going to be the running back or WR anymore so I need help finding a new position to play. I'm currently 150ish and 5'9. Lol I told people on Jb otherwise earlier though but that's actually me. I can run, fast but I don't want that to be a major thing. I can bench about 45lbs on each side along with the bar. I can deadlift 155lbs. And Post-note I don't want "Waterboy(I'm not a pussy), Running back(already played), Wide Receiver(already played), or Quarterback(I hate tossing the ball)" to be an answer.

Ahem. Rexx here. Asking for help. So I just got braces in. Well half of it. I just got my Brackets on yesterday. And I'm getting the wires put in on the 8th. If you guys can. Can you guys give me any advice, warnings, or tips? Please and thank you. -Rexx:).

Hey there. I donated to xG many months ago for hat Pack 5 I believe. The one with the Rice hat, Burger hat, ect. ect. And I just got back from Wrestling Camp and I don't have any of my hats. Or trails. I was wondering about this. The menu thingy changed too.

LOL I've been converting my own Hldj sounds and playing them on the server comically back in the old days where Aegean was a mod and Hldj was enabled. I find this thread is straight up just adorable. :smile-new:

Hey do any of you guys know any good F2P Sci-fi or Medieval army building games? Like Alternatives to Starcraft or Warcraft? I really want to play one of those. I was at my friends house and I played Starcraft and Warcraft 3 and they were amazing. Do you guys know any free Alternatives to those games? And NOT League of Legends please. I'd like a game where you can build and control an army.

LOL, I actually used Sony Vegas but I really don't know how to use it. And I used Blender 3D to animate the models from Jailbreak.

For the past few days, I've been working on a teaser for an upcoming project called "Project Rexx". Along the way I've faced many frustrations and problems with the teaser, including the quality. Hi guys, Lol It's Rexx. I see that most of you guys are new members from a newer generation than me so you might not remember me. For those of you that do remember me (Hopefully you don't think I'm some troll) HI! My computer broke a while ago and I couldn't get on. It's still broken but My friend is staying over and he's letting me use his laptop for a day:D. Anyways I'M SO CONFUSED! Like everything is so different, some of my favorite members have left and I don't know why:(. Anyways I'd like to know how Serbian, Aegean, DuckiiJr, High Plains, Billy Mays, Mad Scientist, Pyro, Otherworldly, Brian, Ghostbusters, Xavier, Smoky, Zapper, Hudson, and ARTHMAN Are doing:)! And I Would also like to know who "xG:C Starbuck" is? Like I read the promotions and this person just became Co-Leader without any other promotions towards it. Oh I see, I do need an inhaler to run sometimes though because I run out of breath more easily than some of the other runners. But I guess I'm a decent sprinter for my size and I can probably make into the first 400 yard division. Oh and I know I'm still growing and yeah but is it safe for me to use 20lbs dumbells? Or will that also stunt my growth?

Honestly Fuck the past. I don't care what I did and I don't care how you or anyone think about it because it's no big deal to me. And oh ok, So I started running with ankle weights but I'm hearing alot of online debates about that and some people say it's gonna injure me and stunt my growth and some people say it will help me idk. What do you think about running with ankle weight?

Hey, I know I haven't been on in a while well my comp broke enough said. Well I just made my school track team this weeka and I'm wondering if any of you guys got advice on improving my speed and cardio? I'm about 5 feet 7 right now and weigh about 120 pounds. I run a 6 minute mile on average but when I do go try hard on running miles I get about a 5:30-5:50 miles at best. I guess I run ok but the guys on my track team are pretty fast even compared to me. The only training I have right now is running with 10lbs ankle weights strapped to my ankles and that slows me down a little but is there anything else I can do to improve my speed and cardio?
