RedstoneOre 2 Posted April 23, 2012 Today is the 30th Birthday of the Sinclair ZX Spectrum! #PartyFavors For those of you who don't know what that is; it's a home computer that was well known for loading games from cassettes via an included tape recorder; I'm not lucky enough to own one but I own a similar machine which I spent two weeks actually fooling around with it to get it to work. It paid off and loaded the games from tape! But I digress; who here is lucky enough to own one of the original ZX spectrum machines? I'm 16 and I know about it ;p Plus the 'similar machine' I was talking about WAS the commodore C64; I spent ages fooling with the datasette and it clicked, now I can use my 36 tapes and I have a new and BOXED joystick coming from ebay; fuck yeah!
