MrAwesome 0 Posted October 4, 2012 Hey Nighty, I know you pretty much hate me :P But I figured I could offer my help anyway. I'm guessing you are using Norton 360 or some sort of Norton software? This may also occur with other antivirus software. The arrows are showing the backup status of your pictures/documents. Check your settings and quick controls then find the setting to turn off "Backup Status Indicators." Hope this helps, Mr. Awesome

Jordozombie 0 Posted October 14, 2012 That seems like just random program you accidently downloaded as downloading something. Are you using any torrents? Sometimes if you download something in torrents or other random websites, stupid programs install by themselves. So checking your "Uninstall or Change Program" or "Program Files" would be a good idea, I guess :P
Lollerskater 0 Posted October 14, 2012 I think it might be because there is a default program that runs those files and has that logo. Try right-clicking them, saying "Open With..." and then changing the default program for those files.
