You're probably talking about the " hub ", The hub uses credits which you can get from either donating, playing or just picking it up after a dead guy on CSS. You can buy stuff for the credits you get by typing !hub in-game and purchasing example " Models, Trails, Color and even prank screams!" Hope you enjoy.
