    Staff Application Guidelines

    All Divisions

    • Before you apply for Moderator, you must have been a member of the clan for a minimum of thirty days.
    • We do not accept applications for Forum Moderators. Those positions are reserved for higher members of the xG Community.
    • You must have thoroughly read staff manual for your division before you apply. (CS:GO, TF2)
    • You must join our Discord server before you can apply for Moderator.
    • You must be 14+ to apply to be a Moderator.
    • Activity on servers, Discord, and the forums goes a long way. Make yourself known and become familiar with our staff and our policies before applying.
    • Donating is no longer a requirement to obtain a Staff Position, but it weighs favorably for you if you have donated prior to submitting your application!

    Team Fortress 2

    • You must have a minimum of 50 forum posts before you may apply.
    • You must have open communication with a Division Manager or higher before you can apply.

    Counter-Strike: Global Offensive

    • You must have at least 20 hours on the CS:GO servers before you may apply.
    • Only moderator applications are currently allowed for CS:GO.

    Minecraft

    • You may apply for Division Manager/Division Leader for Minecraft as well as Moderator.
    • If you apply for DM/DL, you must state your experience with running minecraft servers in detail if you have any. You must also explain your plans for xG Minecraft and what you plan to do to keep a steady population, and how to make xG money.

    Nuclear Dawn

    • You must have at least 60 hours on the ND servers.
    • You must be an ND rank 60 or higher.
    • You must have 5-7 vouches.

    Garry's Mod (Segal)

    • You must have a minimum of 50 forum posts before you may apply.
    • Only moderator applications are currently allowed.

    Garry's Mod (Stickz)

    • You must receive at least three vouches.
    • You must be a regular player on the server(s).
    • You must answer these questions in the post.
      1. If someone is mic spamming how would you handle it?
      2. What would you do if someone walked up and RDMed you for no reason?
      3. If you were told you to "f off" after sending a warning, how would you handle it?
      4. Upon seeing a pornographic spray on the wall, what action would you take?
      5. If you joined the server and saw a heated argument in chat, how would you defuse it?
