Not using admin properly A couple things for moderators aka admins in training. 1. Do not slay people just because someone told you to ! Learn how to admin, get your facts first! Contrary to popular belief, not everyone in xG knows the MOTD well, so don't listen to them thinking that they are right on what they are saying. Get both sides of the story, or at least get them to explain the whole situation first. 2. just this week a couple of you moderators caused every other moderator to lose Mute/Unmute and @all . Stop abusing, you are intrusted with a great deal of power for a reason. It's not fair for the moderators who know what they are doing to lose power and to make their job harder because you guys can't control yourselves. 3. That thing that Mr.Wooby suggested about having an Admin school in training was not a bad idea. Another thing you guys could do is to a.) Read MOTD b.) Read Admin Guidebook c.) USE YOUR HEAD As I said, don't be surprised when some of you lose your moderator powers this week on the promotion/demotion update. I wanted to give silence a good idea on who to promote to Admin of CSS from moderator, but no one is really showing me anything good since you guys have just been abusing or doing your work half-a s s ed. -Aegean!

Just show instances where the admin / moderator abuses. Just screenshot when you see it happening. I get complaints about other moderators all the time but I need proof before I can discuss with them what they are doing wrong or to give them a warning or to discuss with silence and them. Just message me when you see moderator abusing and i'll come in for ya. If no one is availible, just screenshot / record etc.

He said it was a one time thing, and never once mentionned that silence allowed it. He woulda used it as a scape goat if silence said he can slay everyone in my opinion.

I doubt he allowed him, silence kept slaying himself and going AFK to pay attention to the game lol.

The only time ct's should use bombs (unless it gets removed from cts) is if they are last ct, or if they are in war day area and t's surround him (and for some reason not shoot him) . Other then that, ct's using the bomb to kill someone should be slayed/switched/teambanned. The auto switch thing is annoying, because we have plenty of people doing !guard , but the right people do not get switched and i just get messages saying " ADMIN PLEASE SWITCH ME TO T, CT SUCKS " etc. FixitFixitFixitFixitFixit

I'm one of the only admins who get called and actually go to watch over CSS. I don't mind getting called, but i'm not the only admin. All the moderators have powers, so give them a message too guys. Add me on Steam if you want an active Admin
