Meh this alone doesn't warrent a ban. I truly believe sakurai will bit his tongue more now, and even in the proof that technically isn't proof shows that he apologizes in the same conversation, it's not like he got threatened to have a ban request on him, but he still apologized by himself. Oh my I facepalmed so hard at this. (sorry in advance) 1. To be a member should be something the community decides, not staff. What if they are just nice when they see mods on, but when there aren't they become complete pricks? 2. We have this Proper Vouching Format (READ). so the vouches are much more clear, so we don't have anymore +1 cool guy or whatever. 3. Being a member of xG doesn't give you any special privileges, if they start being bad, we just kick them out, easy as that. 4. We have the power to see if people spam for 100 posts before applying for Mod, so that's already taken care of.

The First Ever Co-Leader Challenge So here's the thing, I decided to have challenges once in a while (Serbian will have his own too) and these challenges will basically be to compete against me in things I'm good at :D Anyways, the first challenge is the TF2 Huntsmen Challenge! First one to get +5 more kills then the other person wins The rules are as follows: 1. No switching classes 2. Only using the Huntsmen on the sniper 3. 1 versus 1 4. Either No healing at all, or healing is allowed (will be discussed in the beginning of the fight) 5. Cap either at 10, or will go on till +5 score The winner gets a random TF2 item from the other person, but if you beat me, you get a bonus of getting to change my forum signature and in-game spray to anything you want for a month (as long as it doesn't break any rules) Anyways, good luck guys! Sorry I really don't see you getting into our clan with this submission, read through the entire thread (This time checking for white text lol) and right now you are at a +3 or +4 (I think someone -1'd you twice) but yeah you have way too many -1's for a member submission. He is Silence's brother lol, he has more then 100 posts, but his other account was banned before from Silence for shits and giggles, and yeah he is very helpful in the clan (for example starting xG Business). That being said, I will not disregard the -1's, and maybe we should make the post requirement higher? I will discuss this next week. Anyways I +1 him, he does care about the clan and I'm sure he'll be a fine TF2 mod
