you break the rules while being CT a lot. you need to read the motd and I think you would be okay.

you orders were this: 'when cell doors open take on step out of your cell and the face the back wall.' cell doors open, a couple seconds pass by and you immediately decide to change your mind and say 'if you're out of your cell you're a rebeler." giving the T's no opportunity to comply. I was confused as what to do with you, whether this was a legal move or not. player's who didn't & did die by it complained about the order, and even CT's said it was tarping. I asked other moderators and admins for their opinion, and it was just simply unfair, which is why I CT banned you (thirty minutes for freekilling). and OUTLAW was one of the few (I'm pretty sure the only one) who "followed" orders in your opinion, and he ended up being freekilled aswell. as for the ones who did survive, were rebelers hiding in their cell from the beginning, and there wasn't very many of them. If you feel this was abuse though, please make a thread in the abuse section. maybe I was wrong, and maybe I did abuse - I just figured it was unfair and it was technically freekilling.

He was banned for advertising. this back when the whole troll incident occurred, and as his group/clan no longer exists so I think the ban should be lifted. that and he won't stop whining to me in steam chat saying to get someone to look at his ban protest. I know Savinsky in real-life, and he doesn't troll. let alone know what it is lol. sounds biased, but oh well.

It needs to be added that T's are aloud to right-click CT's during panda freeday. this is how it was originally. changing it would be stupid and pretty much ruin Panda freedays. Why people think this would be any different from Zombie freedays (instead of left clicking) is beyond me. Zombies are faster, but do less damage in multiple hits, while Panda's are slower but can 'burst' damage.

you have to understand we can't slay on a dime. without proof, we can't do anything except investigate the situation and determine if some one was actually freekilled unless a number of people vouched it happened. so screaming freekill over and over and over again in admin chat will literally do nothing except bring our attention to that person so we can investigate it. don't expect us to slay someone just because you said they freekilled.
