you definitely wont get admin if you ask for it. just saying. If you want it then work hard, memorize admin handbook and motd, and be active in forums and mumble. Then maybe after a few weeks or so if your trusted and know your stuff you might get promoted. This is not the way though and its annoying when people ask for it.

I did not call you immature but if your going to act this way about the location on a forum, then i guess you are. Youre being immature just for bringing that up, because it really doesnt matter. And yes, saying youll leave is basically something a kid would say when they raged and didnt get their way. And you basically want him banned so dont try and say "oh i just want him kicked out of xG". Anyways I really dont care anymore its not worth my time to argue this point so im no longer commenting on this as it is pointless and doesnt affect me.

Once again, you are completely wrong. I don't like him or dislike him I'm trying to be objective and fair. You, on the other hand, do not have an objective opinion and just want to get rid of him. You see, it's fair because he's fixed his problems. So to ban him now would be UNfair because hes not breaking the rules. And I didn't say sprinkles viewpoint shouldn't be counted, only yours because you two have a history of fighting.

Its not saying "well give him another chance everytime" this is his last chance. He fixes it or hes out. How is that so hard for you to understand? my logic is not terrible because im pretty sure that works. And like ero said, hes already straightened out. Ya idk what my location has to do with anything thats called a joke. That has no bearing on anything. I was saying "dont be a kid" because you were saying ban him or youll leave. thats stupid im sorry. And yes, he is being punished. If he does it again he will be banned. so he wont probably do it again. Its kinda like being on parole. So since he wont be making gameplay unpleasant anymore why would it matter? Just because you dont like him you want him out? Sorry thats not fair enough reasoning. But whatever. I've decided that I am going to make a jailbreak map. I already have some ideas in mind, but if you guys want anything special to be put in, then tell me and ill try to do it. It may be a week or 2 before I am finished, so don't hold your breath. Any suggestions?

Well reb is right, if you read the whole chat turtle did say that i would be a 1 week ban without a doubt, but that was probably an accident. He probably meant what he said up there. Just be more clear next time i guess.

Well one time he was playing trivia, asked a complicated formula as a question over and over and people kept dying, I told him he couldn't do it, but he kept going. Sscully supported him saying, "no one cares, let it go". It was annoying, but I got over it. Personally I think you should give him one more chance. If he does it again, THEN ban him. Tell him ahead a time so that way he wont screw up.

um I haven't seen one person get banned OR kicked for saying a cuss word on this server so wtf are you talking about. Besides. This is the INTERNET. Get over it. If your that insecure and cant take an insult, then you need to grow up. And ya as long as someone isn't being annoying and excessively cussing or being racist, it shouldn't matter. I don't mind as long they don't spam, not because it offends me, only because it's annoying. Stop being a kid and learn to take an insult without sh*ting bricks and raging because then it only makes people want to insult you more.

There are several problems with CTs. Many times these problems occur on a regular basis, and nothing gets done. Much of this could be fixed, but there are so many moderators out there who don't do their job and are practically useless. (no offence) They don't know motd well enough, and nothing gets done about a problem. This happens almost EVERYDAY I play, and many of the players are upset about this because why do we have admins if they don't even enforce half the rules? How many moderators does it take to fix a simple problem that could be resolved relatively easily? Many people are upset about this aand it leaves a bad impression on the people who arent xG and they leave the server looking for a better one. I'll make a list of the problems here, so maybe you guys could focus on these as they are the worst of the problems. 1. motd states, "A Warden is only allowed to open the cells. If any other CT is caught opening the cells without being ordered by the Warden, they will be slayed or Team Banned." - Why is it so hard for you guys to enforce this. Oh thats right, probably because you don't read motd and didn't even know this rule existed. A lot of times someone other that warden opens the cell doors resulting in a freeday. there are 3 moderators on. Oh yea guess what, Nobody says anything and it happens 50 million times more before something gets done. Dont be afraid to lay down the law on the first time this occurs and slay them. They know the rules, and theyre just being assholes. Dont buy into their, "Oh i didnt know" crap because thats what it is. Then they do it 4 more times before you finally slay them. Besides, if the players had read the motd like they were supposed to, then it wouldnt have happened. If you fix this the first time it happens, then guess what? IT WONT HAPPEN AGAIN. 2. "During a game, the Warden is the only person allowed to kill, and if another CT kills, he or she will be slayed or Team Banned." A lot of times, this rule is not enforced as well. Warden plays FRLR, there are 30 ts, and instead of 1 person dying, 5 people die because fail CTs kill when they arent warden. They slay themselves, and then it happens again next round. Now if the moderators had done their job, and said "If you kill during a game when you arent warden, you will be slayed", then guess what, MAYBE THE RULE WILL ACTUALLY BE ENFORCED. 3. "The Prison Guards, or CT's, must follow all orders given by the Warden that are directly pointed at the CT's. For example, if the Warden tells the CT's to stay away from the T's, they must follow. If a CT is unable to follow the orders, he or she will be slayed or Team Banned. If a CT is not actively involved in the day, they will be team banned." - This was talked about earlier, but ill say it anyways. CTs dont follow orders, people get freekilled, nothing gets done, etc. All you have to do is pay attention, if they are not with Ts, or not doing what the warden tells them to, SLAY THEM. Its not that hard to do. Then you just explain to them afterwards. Thats it. But apparently this is to hard for mods to do, and the fail CTs remain on CT and it happens over and over again. There are a few other problems but they really arent that bad. I also think that the mute command should be returned because to many times the warden gets talked over, and the moderators that actually want to help can't do anything because a fail moderator got it taken away, and so all are punished. Maybe you could just take that privilege away from the one who did it, not all of them. If a moderator cant follow rules, then demote him till he learns it better. And maybe he can have a second chance next time.
