Today we have a few new updates to the jailbreak server that i have made. 1. Freeshot Logger Due to the rising number of freeshooters, a new logging system is in place that tracks who attacked you as a T. If you think you've been freeshot check your console for the log message to make sure who shot you and then you can tell an admin which he will also have access to the log in console and check if your claim is legitimate. If so the admin will take the appropriate action. The log message will be displayed in console of the shooter, the victim and all admins. 2. Button Spammer This logs all button presses to CT and Admin consoles. If a CT opened cells early etc you can easily tell who pressed buttons last. Admins will take the appropriate action for button spammers. 3. Warden Selector has been removed. Didn't work out as we wanted.

I think we should remove it as well, from what i've observed.

The whole thing was a bit of a test, It was a good idea and from what i see some people prefer it others don't. I dont know what silence would choose to leave on but it is a good idea. We can expand it for instance have a yes or no menu pop up if u dont want to be warden like Oreo said. About CTs not having mics it was my understanding that Ct's have to have a mic or else they shouldn't be CTs. However what we had was not fine, at the beginning of a round on a full server everyone fought for warden and it took like 10 sec to decide who would be warden. This way one is automatically selected, all other cts muted so he can initiate his orders. If anyone has any alternative to solve this please share.

Working on a fix for hats. New models are not directly compatible with them.

1. I wouldn't agree with !control because people can just whore it and spam it on round start. All CTS MUST HAVE A MIC therefore if they dont they shouldn't be on there anyways. I know random seems iffy but we can try it and see what happens, there is nothing wrong with trails. Warden whoring sucks and it decreases fun for both T's and CT's, which is why random i believe is better. 2.Im planning on working on a team ban plugin that allows timed bans and also bans on wardens. This way instead of admins unbanning other admins bans we can see who banned who etc on a webpage just like sourcebans.

4. SEXISM 9: Respect all admins and members -- we pay for this joint. You broke 2 Rules. Don't join a server and harass me. Also if you're gonna stick with the I did nothing statement, I will bring forth evidence of what yo said and I will perma ban you for lying to everyone in xG. You also bring forth compelling evidence by being sexist towards me even in this post. You OBVIOUSLY did nothing wrong.

5. Why do admins have the ability to unban team banned players? A team ban is permanent and everyone an admin bans someone, another admin unbans him because he bitches or claims he didnt do anything wrong.

Alright soo when the Jailbreak server is full, it's like 40 animals are let free all at once in a small area. You can't hear, understand or comprehend shit. Some of the problems we had: 1. Mic mega fucking spams - Ts spam over warden -Cts spam over warden -No-one shuts the fuck up. Solution: We muted all but warden. 2. Button Spam -Ct's spam buttons which kills innocent rebels Solution: Button logger. All admins + CT see who is spamming buttons through a log in console. 3. Warden Selection - Everyone wants to be warden. - Everyone fights for it. - Time is wasted each round. Solution: Plugin that auto selects warden randomly to shut all cts up so we can play ( Already in development ) 4. No blank names, kthxbye

I didn't knife the kid and i was shot and killed. I slayed him, giving him another chance. He brought himself into a team ban by arguing and thinking that he is above the rules. I didn't abuse, you could have admitted your mistake and stopped free killing, but you had to keep arguing.

Some of you might not know me but i recently joined xG after meeting silence. I have been playing on the Jailbreak server and here are some issues of seen that if we fix, the server would be a lot better. Here is my report: 1.Admins - Admins abusing their powers for their own good. - Slaying a CT for killing , claiming it is free kill. ( Severe punishment on that) - People dont know who admins are. Either create a command that tell you that, or enable the who command for all. - We also need admin training, some admins seem very promising. - Some admins suck. 2. Freekills / Freeshots - Freekills happen, so the slay punishment is good for one kill, every long period of time. However too many kills = CT ban which is already there. - Freeshots , major problem 1. We dont know who did it. 2. It happens a lot. 3. It ruins the T chances of a longer life. - Therefore, i think a system that prints all shots to the shooters + players console + admins is best Why? Well they both can easily read it to see who shot who. Then the victim can tell the admin that he is abusing. Some times shot happen for a reason i understand, but this way we dont have to guess who did what. 3. CTs Breaking Vents - Can be really bad, and ruins Ts chances - Preventable by notifying everyone when a CT breaks a vent. 4. Gun Planting - No issues there, i did not encounter that. 5. Warden - We should add a random warden system, with a yes / no thing, so if no players want to be warden, it will declare a freeday. - Maybe if the warden succeeds he may choose to stay as warden. - Also maybe a menu with a list of predefined objects he can print to chat, ( we could hook voice commands and change them ) so that everyone is clear of each objective. 6. Time limit - Ts dont wanna wait more than 5 minutes for a round to end. Some wardens just take so much time, therefore either end the round, or make a progressive round time increase system.
