tbh dont understand why some1 would get "upset" because a "non-mod" told us something he seen happen tbh i think its better if some1 tells me cuz its like i cant watch every1 and play at the same time. bees i am only trying to help out you mods in game when i make a admin chat. By no means am i trying to do your job, and i know you never commented about it. but to least hear you appreciated the help thanks** as for monitoring mods everyone makes mistake and alot of times the ppl who should be there to see them aren't. So it will always be my unofficial job to monitor wether mods like it or not

Turd shhh, no1 said i didnt like the community. it's just a joke to watch ppl with powers drive it into the ground. And to sit back after being part of this clan as long as i have been and sit silient is unacceptable. And i will say it loudly so those fools with mod currently know to either act right or get caught 1 way this clan will get back on track It's a 2 way street turd if someone wants respect maybe they should learn to not bash others. maybe in return I would be more polite to them as i am to a few select others that are admins. example( serb, aegean,jihad,mcneo,cristo) just to name a few. those guys get nothing but respect because they give me the respect i request and in return i give them their respect. aegean is a prime example when he left hte clan a long time back, me and him got into it over him coming back. but no matter how much either side argued, we both dropped the issue and later agree to give each other respect and to work for the clan. Sorry if im a bit abrasive but I REFUSE! to respect children that have yet to learn respect themselfs. GAWD i like this comment ( Being mod doesnt grant you immunity. ) some actually think it does.

This clan is becoming a joke, half the players in the clan with mod care nothing about the server they only care that they can have final say. As for Jake you comment, I dont give 2 shits about having mod i applied to help out during late nights. I however dont give 2 shits about mods that act like you, and threaten players as warden that you will use mod abilities to slay them if they didnt bend over and let you ass fuck them. I cant count how many times you intentionally bait and get killed giving Guns to T's as a mod and then slay other CT's for copying you doing hte exact same act 5 seconds later ( dont say you dont because ill post the video from 2 days ago proving you wrong and file abuse of you are setting a bad example just to see if it does get you demoted for fun. Half the other mods in this clan bend rules to their favor because you think you guys are untouchable, except when im around because i make it my job to monitor mods and usually when i point something out it's quite funny to see how quickly a video or a pictures makes you all mighty mods stfu and tuck your tails, because you know you break rules like everyone else you just dont like it when it's pointed out or someone without mod knows the rules and tells you to stop and you have too, then you get upset and try to punish for disrespect or some other clown reason you came up with. Same for Drizzy you pretty much sucked his asshole the other day jake when i caught him abusing Admin, and jihad stepped in. you think because your friends are playing at xG that they can +1 -1 and save your stupidity and keep you mods when you make mistakes. just know i catch many of the same mods messing up and just because you dont see admin abuse reports here anymore to prevent your buttlove buddies from saving you doesnt mean i don't show the proof to the higher ups. Get used to MajorB, watching you and you hating, because im not gonna stop pointing out your mistakes , many of the higherups already know how i operate and know i dont deal with you clowns trash talking, and will dish it right back at you mod or not. You will do you job, and you learn to deal with me watching. And you will see I have alot more say as a player then you do as a mod in this clan. and since I'm 1 of the few who actively watches mods and reports I'd like to think i have a steady unofficial job, and you better cross your T's and dot your i's when im on the server from now on otherwise a report will follow for your mistakes.

I am the first to slay myself in 99% of all situations if i even question a kill that i did as a CT. thought you are entitled to your opinion before you point your finger calling me rude or disrespectful. half of you are the exact same way except when you trash talk me in game I dont cry like a bitch like half of you if you can't handle trash talk from me then dont do it yourself and then try to call disrespect and troll like a bitch to vouche for you being talked down too. but as i said you are entitled to your opinions. honestly i dc about mod. i dont even need it since most veteran mods know i look to follow rules and aid them in their duty on the server. and half of them listen when i suggest something. i wounder why maybe its because i know more about the server and rules and limitations of what's acceptable then the "kids" trying to bash me. on a side note ty to those to put valid reasons, up my mod application was a bit slack. maybe when i get time i'll put thought into a good one. +1 for the attempt to make comments that improve clan and comradeship.

The term used today on xG referred to as "Bum Rush" was created by yours truly. I began the word quite some time back on a server, to get a group of over 30+ T's (serb can verify) to a area in a hasty manner. I have since heard this word used every day as a way of moving the Terrorist from 1 location to another very fast with few knowing its origin. I have been asking , sorta like a self joke to see if people knew where it start or who first to bring the term to our server. Well I didn't see a soul and those that did know, were the old vets either gone or usually running the clan. This Might be a useful type of trivia question, created to ask questions about the xG clan and its history during gameplay to select a winner.

I'm not applying to be mod to be popular and its ok SGTBLU no offense taken, I applied to help the clan late at nights and pick up shift when mods arent able to be on. The target on my forehead comment would be quite true, But most of you know I tend to follow rules extremely close so with that said i shouldnt have a problem as long as i follow rules, But all mods have targets on their forehead it comes with the job, and if i mess up I "EXPECT" it to be pointed out so improvements can be made and, or the appropriate discipline can be dealt for my actions. I like helping other mods, and as Heisenberg said I'm always watching like a hawk for xG Hoo-ah to you Brian lol +1 for a good old fashion military approval

I'm required to take a course for my job. As my MOS is a combat engineer doing EOD. I have to update my qualifications and paperwork as EOD requires me to hace a certain security level clearance since we deal with bombs. The course usually takes a few weeks, if all goes well

I have been away doing some training. Sorry for the late announcement don't have my computer here. So I can only chat thro my phone. I will return once I pass this course. Hope you are all doing well.

The 100 post rules is just a way to show you can be active member of forums, reaching that is child's play. Post in the random section, let your voice be heard that you want to be a MOD. It's a very tough job, it looks like it's easy and fun and admin justice is dealt with ease. But infact it's difficult to make sure the server and rules and players are all looked after, and maintained within a mods power. and belive it or not alot of good xG members from our past have all but become myths here due to the promotions they earned and the headaches that sometimes follow. So just think about what serbian told me on my post in the random section, try earning the players respect, be nice if possible. so all rules and players are taken care of. I know rules inside and out and sometimes tend to be a bit of a nazi with them (If your a admin/Mod you know this with admin chat). I just always have to remind myself that after all is said and done, I am just playing with highschool kids and a few adults, not Marines (You get used to the harsh forms your spoken to while in service, it's sorta like street slang). But keep your head up, we dont allow members to submit their own Mod postion anymore because it adds up to alot of work to filter for the higher~ups like Aegean and Silence and Serb and few others that direct this circus so we can all enjoy the show and have fun.

That's right I want to run a campaign to become a moderator with xG again. But instead of the normal way of getting a Div:L to notice me and wait for them to submit a posting here. I just want to see what some of you think about it, with opinions of what you like and also dislike about your boy MajorB. and maybe a few things you'd like to see me improve on in the future ( Don't say stop being a asshole, i can't help you there ). P.S I would keep my main focus as it has always been, watching our other moderators, making sure they do don't miss anything, and provide help to them if needed and occasional correction if a mistake is made.. The xG:M position would allow me to help during late nights when the server is active with fewer or no mods on the late shifts or early mornings. Also I would be able to train and teach rules to other members on our server. Post your comments, and maybe give a +1 or -1 if you'd like to see a mod submission. I can finally agree with some of my comrades this guys name has been mentioned many times recently for constantly breaking a rule. I think +1 for a weeks vacation might be needed to give ample time to read over our rules @xG so that when he returns he does not repeat his actions.

Dino thanks for your input but no offense stfu, I think we have the situation under control without your help. I actually appreciated him acknowledging his mistake and making the effort to try to not repeat himself. Also I know we need all the mods we can get, so losing 1 is a big deal, It's always better to correct a problem then to find a replacement.

No offense but I don't really care if you got chewed out by him or not, I only care that you learn from your mistakes, and learn not to repeat them if possible. Please do 180 degree turn with your approach to being a mod. I know it's alot of work and headaches from time to time. but you must set an example for all players, Im not here to bust your balls. I'm here to make sure we all can get better at what we do for xG.

RULE #6 says it best 6. No racism of any kind. Being partly black, or any other race does not warrant anyone the right to use racist slurs. Not to mention IT'S AGAINST THE RULES TO MAKE COMMENTS LIKE THIS AT ALL. Just because you think you can justify it by being black or w/e reason you can come up, does not mean it's acceptable. Fact remains you broke a rule that all xG members and visitors have to follow including mods/admins. Admins over the mods please do the correct thing so we can remove mods like this that try to manipulate the rules of our server. No matter what excuse they give they still broke the rules. And their friends opinions to defend this mod should be overlooked as their arguments are irrelevant to the situation, as the #6 rules states No racism of any kind. Also to the ignorant idiots who think the way the word is used matters, guess what it doesnt.

You are expected to follow the rules, It is not fair to punish visitors,and other players for breaking rules,but not our mods/admins. If other admins+ make similar comments then it should be reported. Whether or not that happens now will vary on the players who witness it. Otherwise we might as well just erase all the rules, and allow everything to be considered acceptable.

The moderator was approached and asked to stop making racist comments, The moderator quickly got upset and showed little to no maturity or knowledge that he had to follow the rules just like everyone else, and quite a few other players were finding his actions offensive. Which is understandable as this is a highly unacceptable action from a xG:M, who is expected to follow rules much closer then the average player. +1 Demotion Proof well here are a few snapshots.
