My new account that I've been playing on for a little over a year now is, Steam Community :: Oscar I'm not here to drown this ban protest with apologies, yet I would like to formally apologize to anyone who is still around that I effected in the past. Introduction to Who I Am Many of you new guys out there in the community floating around may not know me at all, this creates a dilemma on a lot of controversy surrounding who I am as a person, and I can assure all who do not know me, I'm not a bad person. I've made mistakes surrounding xG, rest assured I'm not the person(child) I once was. I'm Oscar aka Brandon(TS3). I was in xG from 2011-2012 ending on a extradition from the community for cheating in surf. I, the dumbass who posted an admin abuse report with wall textures for CSS, was permanently banned. Duckii What will be the benefits of me receiving an unban(not only from servers, but primarily the community) I've been fairly active these past few months in the xG Teamspeak, I haven't wanted to make a return at all, it was never my original plan, I just wanted to come on here, hang out with some old "friends", catch up with everyone, and to primarily play games other than counter-strike due to the controversy surrounding it all. Although, due to recent events (such as Aegean's return, and the formation of a new Minecraft division), I can benefit xG by helping become a self-sustainable community again. I'm no longer the toxic, defying, snitch, and absolute cancer of a person. I've matured, and I would like to show how much I've actually matured simply by coming back. Meeting new faces is always fun, and I would like to attract new people towards the community, bringing it all back to life just as it was in 2011-2012. The Mistakes I've made We've all made mistakes in our times, not only because we're humans, but I was also a child. 14. My maturity at that age was so ridiculously low that I no longer can believe some of the stuff I did. I take full responsibility for my actions 4 years ago. a little over a year ago I got vacced on 2 accounts simply because I was trying to convince my friends I was good. Honestly, it was an idiotic mistake, one that I regret. I'm here to officially say, cheating is in my past permanently. Just as I was once in xG's past permanently. I would like to come back purely for the benefit of xG, and to help the community grow immensely. I've gathered valuable skills in coding through the years, and would like to help develop anything new and upcoming. Thank you all who have helped me grow into the person I am today, I truly appreciate it, and would like to return the favor. Guys, I xrayed on minecraft I think a year ago, and now I'm 100% Legit on minecraft, and i hacked on minecraft way before I even became active on jb and surf, so that topic has nothing to do with this. I did however use my Jail Card on minecraft, but I was never banned after that. There was a dispute if I should be unbanned or not, i got unbanned, and was never banned again. The Jail Free doesn't have anything to apply towards this. So do not bring it into topic.

Duckii jr got vac banned, serbian said that if he would not have gotten vac banned, he would have been demoted. correct me if I'm wrong.

To also state, I will only being going into scrim and surf. Now if this ban protest gets approved, it is my decision if I can go into Jailbreak. But, If it is decided that I am not allowed inside Jailbreak, that is fine by me. The only reason I'm making this ban appeal is for the fact that I'm tired of watching people scrim, and me not being able to. I hope to see in the future, that you all understand that yes, I have learned my lesson behind hacking, and how the consequences towards hacking will result in a permanent ban, against me. I am also stating, that if I were to in anyway troll, be disrespectful, obnoxious, or inconsiderate of my actions, I ask that you ban me immediately so I do not cause any drama in the clan, or the servers in general. To further explain on my Ban Reason, for all of you that weren't here when Duckii was in Co-Leader status, she was in a extreme reputation crisis. Which means, she had a bad history of admin abusing, trolling, and disrespecting. I had posted a Ban Request on her, with proof of that she was trolling, disrespecting, and admin abusing, but no one looked at my proof, they looked directly at what was bordering the screenshot, hacks. Which in my offense, was my dumbass realizing that I had made the biggest mistake of my life for posting those screenshots, for all I cared about was Duckii getting banned. I was to "Full of myself", "inconsiderate", and "stupid" for not realizing what consquences come from not slowing down and being patient, and not always caring about getting Duckii banned. Hopefully you all will realize that, yes, I have learned my lesson and will always take into consideration on what my actions will do towards my reputation, and what consequences will come from them. Ok, so all of you are saying that I'm banned from the servers, I'm NOT! I talked to serbian about the tf2 servers, I'm unbanned from those. So, I'm not banned from the servers. OH BTW PAPI, IF YOU READ THIS I WASNT THINKING ILLOGICAL I WAS THINKING THAT EVERYONE KNEW just to let you know XD
