I almost made an awesome JB map. Then I got really lazy and never finished it :/ My friend and I actually blueprinted it all out down to the last flashbang location. It was Teachers VS. Students themed. I think I'm gonna go back to that :p

It's a personal opinion, I know. I'm not saying that it's going the wrong way even, for it may be going in the RIGHT direction. In fact, I do believe that it is! I just think that the community should have its say in the matter.

I've noticed this recently. A handful of the "higher-ups" have been going on their own free reign. We have so many other admins/moderators/co-leaders/members, not to mention all of the non-member players, who play on these wonderful [xG] servers. These players should, as everyone in the world should, have a say in their politics. Too many times now, I've seen these people doing whatever they please with the servers with no consult from anyone. I know this server is far from a dictatorship, but it's shaping out to be one. Now, I'm not asking that we hold group votes for every nitpicky thing; I'm just asking that the "Higher-ups" don't abuse their power to bend the server to their will. And YES, I am referencing a few people in particular.

Same way anyone else manages their time. Intelligence. It's knowing not to slack off, knowing when it's work time, Knowing when it's time to play. There's never time, in a good schedule, to slack and do nothing.
