I feel atleast a 60 day waiting period should be in effect, i mean i almost have have the posts required to post a mod app and i've been here a few weeks. I personally don't plan on submitting a mod app till i have atleast 200 posts and been here 2 months min. But thats me being me. 60 day waiting would be good.

I agree a new way would be better but this format actually is worse it breds favoritism out the ♥♥♥, a clan i used to be in did it this way, most people getting higher ranks basicly just sucked up to the higher ups and always ended up being terribad mods and such. it should be based on the how the person handles themselfs in game and on forums.

cigaro next time I'm just record when mods don't do anything about rule breakers. some mods do great jobs, some don't do ♥♥♥♥. I'm not gonna +1 or -1 cause i wasn't there but jay u don't always do anything if some1gets free killed you've let it happen with nothing happening to them a few different time while I'm on and the guy doesn't kill himself.

Actually it's when you started talking ♥♥♥♥ acting allhigh and mighty and ♥♥♥♥ talking me is when i came and did this and i stand by it. I wasnt trying to be a ♥♥♥♥, but when some1 starts telling me they better then me and ♥♥♥♥ talking i find it rather distastful. i didnt even know you before today and wouldnt have even voted if you didnt act so immature towards me in JB. and me calling mods had nothing to do with you kid, it was with the 5 ct's screaming for warden repeatdly.

Mainly we need more mods on at night to deal with the ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ like this =/ i have like 10 mods on my friends list and only one was online at the time and didnt even reply with me asking for help -.-
