In other news, i was surprised to see ganja get div so quickly, They are plenty of other admins that deserved it, and has been active for months. I agree Ganja has done a lot but that still doesn't scoot him up in the line of secession.It just isn't fair to the other older staff that they see the newer members rise to the top of the ladder.

I'll explain my actions and my Judgement on this one.

Here I'm on vacation when Duke messages me, saying Dupo is being a Derp. I go into JB and i ask around. I take both Chrono/Duke side, and Dupo Side. I also asked the players that were there on at the time. Judging by their replys Dupo was being a Semi-Baddie. According to Duke it was a freekill on Lr, and According to Dup it was a Freeshot and that he slayed himself after. (Dup was Ct, and Duke was the Last T, i believe). And there was the addition of the Speedy not understandable instructions by Dupolas the warden and i dont know whether a t got killed or not but apparently No T was killed according to Dup. I took both sides into account and chose to give Dup a 12 hour ct ban, Neither a full day ban nor a lengthy one. I also took in the fact that both Duke/Chrono have some bad blood with Dup so they might have stretched the truth a bit. I did not give a full punishment as i took in both account of the bad blood between them, and the fact that i wasnt in game when this was happening. I spoke to Serb and so did Dup, and Serb told me it was my discretion to keep him ct banned or unban him. I then gave Dup the option of a 1-2 hour ct ban instead of the 12 but he told me he wanted it to be a full unban. I then had a heated debate with myself,i later gave him the option of Full unban in which he also did not accept so that he would be able to post this thread.

I went with my best judgement and tryed to be the neutral party. Taking both sides, also including the other factors, (Me not being there, bad blood, players @ the time)

These past few days have been bit hectic for me, and due to some good and bad circumstance which include family problems,Job Hunting,Jobs interviews, Registration for school, and a few Road Trips with mah friends( Las Vegas, and Canada(Not sure what part yet)). so basically in other words Reality is knocking on the front door and he/she wants to chill. I will be Semi active as in I will replace a Mod/admin if needed and replace the night admins if needed such as Jake, Chrono or Duke and the occasional day game.

Summer is finally here, I am finally graduated from High School. So i will be back to active duty on CSS. I will be on most nights to mod, and occasionally play, I am usually on when some mods are not available. On most nights you will find me playing LoL but stand ready if needed on JB in CSS. Its good to be back with the good friends of xG.

Reason: Ganja your a good player and all, You know MOTD, but i think you need to up your attitude toward other players and towards some of the admins/mods. My case being whenever someone breaks a rule, you go on and on about it preaching to us how mods don't do anything, you spam admin chat to get your point across. I called you out on your preaching as you have plenty of times broken rules, tarping , freetazing and such, but nothing ever too serious. You started to disrespect me and i neither gaged you or kicked you, because i was at fault also for calling you out. If it was any other mod they would have done both. Your a Veteran like most of the mods in JB and i would gladly +1 you but only if you stop with the preaching, and can calmly tell us the situations. I get how you guys think JB is always repetitive playing FRLR or Trivia. They at times are boring but its the only way Cts can thin out numbers extremely quick. The Ratio is usually 1:2 or occasionally 1:3. If Ts were decent enough they could basically overrun the ct every round. Sure you can do Map Games but by the time you reach the map game probably about 1-5 ts have rebelled and your unable to keep track with the rest. This rule should be Reevaluated in my opinion.

Agreed, Who was the warden that restricted getting the knife? If a Mod/admin was on, it would have been listed as an invalid order.

He has been ct banned for a day, if he continues to break rules, after his ban, he will be looking at another ct ban. for a longer period of time.

Idk what happen but from what i read, all i can say is you sound like a overconfident asshole douche bag that needs an attitude adjustment o.o, but thats just my opinion.

So i was playing JB regularly and the server awesomeness was too much for my laptop and cracked my screen...

I have to either get it fixed, or buy a new laptop, which can take to a few days to a few weeks.
