Can I ask what counter strike frag movies have inspired you?

I can't see the frags! It's great and all that you can edit this much but you have to remember the more editing you include the more you take away what it actually is. Some of the greatest frag movies focus on the editing during the cascade of clips, not the moment of every single kill. Syncing kills with the music is good, but in moderation, after so much it does become tedious. Try to find a track where the beats are more spaced apart so you don't have to rush the parts so much inbetween frags. :P But other than that, its great.

I don't see a problem with the way member submissions run it's just when it comes to mod. Too many times can you see a band of merry men either +1 or -1 a friend or foes application over really trivial issues that get blown out of proportion. I think it would be better off if only mods and above could vouch for a member to become mod.

inb4 people start bringing in their friends I don't agree that xG members should have the ability to +1 or -1 mod applications but I'd like to express my opinion here because I feel there's some unjust lingering. Despite what some have said I really doubt Mick will go over the edge as a mod and abuse powers. I say this because in the last month I haven't seen any problems as to how Mick has reacted to trolls that intentionally provoke for malicious responses, and lets face it, he receives a fair amount to test anyone. I'll admit that prior to this I didn't think he would quite cut the standard but enough has changed since then with his maturity. I feel like this was the only issue that held him back as I'm pretty sure we can all agree that when it comes to the rules, activity and etiquette Mick has no problems in said areas.

What is this rush to power, being mod is not as enjoyable as a lot of people think it is. Quite often people give up after a couple of weeks, I feel like the post count rule is most likely there to ensure that whoever receives mod is not there for a novelty trip. In my opinion is should be even stricter with more posts required.
