Alright, so we have been having a multitude of problems as of late. One of these problems being primarily the largest, is Population. Of all of the servers in-which XenoGamers hosts and runs, we only consider our selves to have two or three populated servers (after the attack). Those servers being Jail Break, Mini Games, and Surf. I know summer is the sweet spot for XenoGamers, but we really need to advertise our selves better. I have in the past requested permissions from Silence to have us create a proper advertisement on websites such as CSS Top 100 -, Minecraft Servers - Minecraft Server List, or other non-profitable advertising websites. Another thing we could do is use that little thing called a steam group, to advertise our servers, rather than advertising silence's jokes, or useless things which don't concern our servers what so ever. Q&A Time, With Slipery Fingers Q: So what do we do with the Steam Group than Slipery? A: Post daily Operation populate events, for different servers. Q: Wont that go down hill? A: It may, it may not. A good example would be the TF2 Freeze-Tag group, they post over 4 events Daily, yet their steam group continues to grow. Q: So how exactly does this help XenoGamers? And in which way? A: This help XenoGamers both directly, and in-directly. By having populated servers, this means that we are publicized more by the simple search engine because more people are looking for full servers rather than empty ones. On top of that, by having more populated servers, and a more active community, this means that few people will donate towards the community in which they prefer. So to summarize; 1. Advertise more on websites where it is free. 2. Utilize the steam group. 3. +1 trente, As McNeo said earlier I don't think violations such as a "mass freekill" should be a permanent ban. Especially if the person slays them selves, and has a proper reason for doing so. Acceptable: "I wasn't able to hear wardens orders over noise in the back ground and I though they were rebelling" un-Acceptable: "My hand slipped", "my brother did it", "my mother did it", "my friend dared me to" An "acceptable" reason would lead to a one day CT ban. Where as an un-Acceptable reason would lead to a Three day ban. (or more) This of course would escalate with the severity of the situation, and if the person was a multiple offender. -Slipery Fingers

Hello, I am Slipery Fingers and I will make this short; I have done shit in the past, but that is what it is. I have been involved in this community for almost a year now, and wish to continue to do so. I enjoy providing a fun and enjoyable experience for all players on XenoGamers servers. +1 The Mick; -Has not been active in our community/servers for the past month -He abuses his power in order to stay alive or get what he wants -Insult people due to their lack of standing in our clan -Dose not follow rules in the servers -Doesn't contribute to the community Socially or Physically. The mick has some sense of entitlement in this community, that he is "better" than everyone and anyone. He uses his power for things such as, slaying others for reasons in-which he isn't knowledgeable in, I.E. Free-killings, or Claimed Hackers in the servers. I do not believe that he deserves to be in this community, especially due to the community up-roar he caused in his applications (ooh the irony!) Yet to no avail he is moderator still. +1 Stegosaurus; -Hasn't been active in the community -Hasn't been active in Servers -Lack of responsibility shown on, and off of the job -Abuse of powers -Little or no contribution to the community as of late Stegosaurus claims that he hasn't been active in the community due to the fact that he has exams, but when someone with powers leaves for a period of time without posting in the hello/goodbye section of the forums, is presumed to of left. Onto other things, just like Mick, he has some sense of self entitlement, and even though he PAID for admin, doesn't mean that he is above others. Among the long list of things that he has done wrong, some of the most prominent, are making false proclamations (on server) about hackers, cheaters, and scripters. He also slays/kicks without evidence, and doesn't seem to use his powers that often other than to enforce false MoTD rules. For minecraft, just claim land, and add contestants to the claimed land, noone can grief, and people can build. on the topic of operation populate. To me it sounds off putting, and the point of those events were stuff like "low gravity day" or other creative days.

We should start hosting events, be them bi-weekly or once a month, below are some ideas I had for some events. Battle Grounds events: Contestants battle it out on a battle field. City Build event: Groups are given a week to create the biggest and best cities they can create. Winner recieves a prize. Redstone event: Contestants must create the greatest redstone contraptions ever contrived in minecraft!

Dear serbiansnaga, Yesterday, I was asked by you weather or not I wished to join their TS (moderated to hide info) to speak with them. I said no, for reasons which should of been obvious at the time. To my avail, Kneesocks (Nova), and Topaz joined our teamspeak channel, I didn't notice them at the time, and even if I did I didn't plan on entering there room to debate my "scandal" if you will. But you moved me into their room, so we could "chat" with them. Now I know you have connections, and are friends with the members of Deviant. I will say that you seemed bias in your opinion when choosing to close my thread, as you had stated that I had taken a passive aggressive tone towards them, but what do you expect me to do? Simply allow them to throw insults at me, peck at my flaws, and argue with me? I didn't want to be there, as I knew what would happen with .syN if he were to join. You also stated that I was "causing shit with Deviant" and that I was speaking about how I never "left xG" one of which I did do. To start with, I never caused shit with deviant, I took a leave of absence due to stress in my life, and I had received a message from Charrax (over steam) to come and play Mine-craft with them, just less than five days ago. This is why, and how I decided to become more active on XenoGamers servers at the time, because it is hard to find people that actually cared about me, Charrax, Turdwig, GanjaMoster, and OrangeJuice I became friends with very quickly. Not once during not only this time, but my time with Deviant did I release information about Deviant's servers, "back stab them", or ruin any of their content. May, 22nd, 2012 I was laid off from my one and only job at McDonalds, this meant that I could not move out of my parents house again any time soon. This also meant that I would have less pocket money left, and I wouldn't have money for things which I felt were amenities, but were not to my parents (i.e. Computer Games, Television, Internet ect...) May, 25th, 2012 I received a major History test back, with results that would and will fail me if I do not preform exceedingly well on my exams later this term. May, 26th, 2012 I received a phone call from the HRMP (Halifax Regional Municipality Police) around 12:30 in the morning, concerning my father, and the fact that he had a heart attack while walking in public, He had to be flown out to Winnipeg by Medi-vac, and I just found out this morning that I cannot fly out to see him, because I "can't miss the school time" this is the primary reason for my passive aggressiveness. As I was on team-speak, attempting to "settle down" and take my mind off of the real world just for a moment. So there you go, the ball is in your court. You can shoot it and end it all, or pass it off, and keep the game going. It's your decision. I have been playing xG servers for many months now, constantly changing names, and making friends with few players. But to me XenoGamers feels like home, I don't know why, but it just does I am looking to proudly wear the xG tags infront of my name, and provide a positive enviroment for players to have fun in.
