As supermadden said, -1 for a demotion, as this is simply not enough abuse for one. One abuse slay isn't that big of a deal, plus it was an accident. @HaplessIdiot, accidents happen, but be more careful of things like this happening in the future. Also, you all need to stop making a big deal out of tags. Not wearing tags isn't abuse in any way shape or form, nor does it break any rules or constitute for punishment whatsoever. Yes, you should be wearing tags if you are staff(unless you're undercover), but in the end it is up to you whether you have them in your name or not. However, to avoid future mishaps like this, if you are staff and not wearing tags in the servers then you should make it clear that you are staff.

Tf2 really should require 10 vouchs though. That is what CS:S requires and Tf2 div is easily as popular if not more popular. This would be something logical to do for now, although the issue that you pointed out in your thread won't be fixed until people get off of their asses and start actually cracking down on illegitimate +1s. With the amount of dumbasses around here, there is no chance in hell the majority of people will up and start giving meaningful and unique +1s.

We should really raise the amount of required vouchs for tf2 div, and possibly tack on larger requirements such as the rule requiring vouchs from staff if -16 that already exists. If you go on jailbreak for a day or two and be friendly then you can easily get +5 vouchs in no time flat, it just feels way too easy. Plus half of the vouchs consist of: "cool guy 10/10", "I think he should be a member" and "+1".

Well since I'm the only person to -1, user states in his application that he acts immature sometimes (while on the servers). I honestly believe that adding more immature members doesn't help the overall xG community and is not a good trait in a potential member.
He also has 6 +1 vouches, which I believe overrides my -1, which is why I tagged you to add the acceptance message and close the thread.

If you left after freekilling 3 or more then its a perm, and according to the logs you killed 6 people in a span of 3 minutes (we can't tell if you freekilled all of them or some of them rebelled/ignored wardens orders).
If you freekilled 3 or more of these people, a permanent ban was justifiable and you should not be unbanned. If you freekilled 3 or less of these people, we're talking about a month ban (at most).
