I've been thinking about this for a while now, but I would like to step down to member. I rarely play TF2 now and when I do play it, I don't want to be pestered with the usual "Join this server, there's a rule breaker" when I'm just trying to play with some friends, so that's why I want plain old member and not mod or admin. I'll still be on TS and the servers, but I won't be on as much as I used to (blame League of Legends for inactivity). See ya guys on TS and servers (that is if I do decide to get on anytime soon)

I left a month ago because a few close friends convinced me that the grass was greener on the other side of the fence. I realised that I still have a lot of friends inside of xG and it was a bit lonely. I could write a long paragraph about this but I will refrain from doing so.

The law says... if you are pulled over for something...I.E... speeding.... the police officer is allowed to check each person in the vehicle to see if they are wearing their seatbelt... anyone NOT wearing a seatbelt gets a ticket... but if EVERYONE is wearing a seatbelt you get $10 removed from the ticket fine for the original reason of the stop (if you even get written a ticket).

Always provide a reason as to why someone is being team swapped, regardless if it's not worth your time. Businessman had a reasonable reaction to being team swapped out of the blue, and was upset about it. This is no reason to react in this way, even if he has a past history of trolling.
 
Now, in regards to this whole fiasco, snakeboyeric is correct. If you did not give a time in which the Ts may leave their cells Before the cells were opened, then the Ts may leave their cells.

Now I wouldn't say this warranted a team swap, unless general rule breaking was happening by businessman over the course of the rounds, in which case it would be a team ban.

I got warden on day one of a new map. I called out of cell rebel and said "We are going to have a first day warday" Cells opened and I never gave a place or expansion time so we killed some t's and after snakeboy said "You never gave an expansion time those were all massive tarps and freekills" Warrior corrected him and I made the warday outside after a bit when it was only me and G___L left I said "You're just jealous because you're bad" and snakeboy swapped me into T team.
