Can a gaming clan be help liable? Im guessing it from the "hostile" environment? Exactly people treat him like shit and create a hostile environment. I also think part of his reasoning is that with a perm ban he thought duckii just might move on to another clan which obviously hasnt happened. Lol why cant we just tweak the terms and services to say "We are not liable for anything that happens to you or that you decide to do during online interaction ie multiplayer, We may be held responsible under negligence or something like that, So as long as we try to block and mute the/making fun of which we already do we shouldn't be held liable. But on the other hand perma banning him is a lot more easier I know sounds stupid, But anyways that's not the point, I heard many times that Duckii Jr say he was gonna leave xG, I haven't seen it happen yet

Aight, Mr awesome is one of those people who are pretty mature for their age, everything I get onto TEAMSPEAK I always see him on, he will attempt to enforce the rules quite abut ie someone is ark or freekill notifies a mod in TEAMSPEAK, so cut out the middle man, I think he will be a great mod +1

That is redundant since if they break the rules they get banned anyways. An agreement implies that they willingly know if they mess up they get banned. I meant as if the oyster way to get past the server message is to make them scroll to the bottom of it? But that won't do will it?

Even thought the ct ban thing might sound very useful, I was part of another thread talking about the same Thing (ct banning new people) except someone, I'm to lazy check who, made a point that the new people would be tired of getting kill over and over and would leave thus population of New people would go down, are you guys familiar with how some programs yo download make you scroll all the way to the bottom of the license agreement before you can click the "I Agree" button other wise it is grayed out? Couldn't we just implement that for players who have under 30 mins of gameplay time?

Try to make a ban protest maybe in a month or so, so that people can actually see that you changed (if you attempt it)
