What happens when someone new joins ct and doesnt read motd

I say we should give all new players a 1 hour ct ban. Just so they know the rules. Eg: Must have played a certain amount of time before joining ct, That should limit MFKs IMO. -
+1 for his unban. He has been on ever since I was on, He respects other players and knows the motd. He has also been banned for almost a year now.

Wait, I don't know if this helps or not by i played on the JB server for a while using the name Dirty Dan (theres 2 dirty dan on the server. 1 is ct banned and the other isnt, Im the one who is not ct-banned)
