It really is... I was free killed 7/8 rounds in a row on one map on xG today. 4/8 times the guy who free killed me either got away with it or he was banned for a day.

So I just downloaded all of the evidence and analyzed it all. Whatever i'm about to type is not biased because I am his friend, but its in my honest opinion (sorry if my language and grammar sounds sloppy, its 6 AM). You said that michael was baiting and you recorded audio of him saying that he was baiting. I was in that game and I remember what map it was on too. It was on jb electric something. All the T's were unstacked shoulder to shoulder at the bottom of the cell stairs facing their cells. Michael went to their cells facing the T's about 5 feet away from them crouching and saying "im baiting woooooooooooooooooooh, i'm baaaaaaaaaittttttttttting". Michael was actually not baiting, he was just taunting the T's. Secondly with the gun plant.. When I played on this server before I saw a T shoot all of his bullets out of his deagle and throw it down in front of the T's. Then he said "go get the gun I dare you". Keep in mind there WAS admin's there. A T went and grabbed the gun and immediately he was killed. So you're telling me now that michael did it, it's not allowed? The pistol had no ammo and it was for LR between two T's. Third, he came out of armory 10 seconds late. Boo hoo, it happens all the time. Now for my final opinion, I think NONE of your EVIDENCE MATTERS. You can't actually tell if he was breaking any rules because all of it was on audio. The next time you try and get evidence against someone, make sure it has video footage so we can all see it from your actual POV. There could be plenty of possibilities with the baiting scenario.. He could have been completely seperated from the T's way off across the map saying that and you can't actually tell because you're only displaying the audio. Same goes for the others. And from what I see you still don't have proof of him free killing. So that part you can't really request in his ban. The only thing I can say for sure is how he has been disrespecting and being annoying. For him thats what makes the game fun. I'm trying to do my best to have him get rid of that mindset. Even if you had all of this on video, I still think it only deserves a temporary CT ban(which he already got) or MUTE/gag on the server. You know I respect you jesus, but that is just my personal opinion on this whole thing.

I dont believe nub would of assumed that for the point of fact he didnt witness the guy mass and someone would of told him the name of the guy that was mass freekilling in the later rounds if he got called on. But even if he did anyone with the power would of done the same thing with the SERVER ban because Lifeline left even if he was tired it made him look like he was leaving to avoid a ct ban. Just my point of view from what you said Michael. No, I completely understand why I was perm banned. And as I stated before I take full responsibility. It just wasn't my intention to mass then leave right away so I could avoid a ban. I just went to bed. I can completely understand why you did perm ban me, and I would have done the same. Now AGAIN, I honestly don't think a PERM ct ban for free killing 3 people would be legit.. But if I have to make an appeal for that too I guess I will. All i'm saying is I see people free killing all the time and it's just as much as I did that ONE time, and they only get banned for 24 hours. I'm accepting to get un banned from the server but take another 1-2 week CT ban. But i'm just going for the best I can.

Might have been more, remember, Lifeline is the one that said 2-3, it could be more. I say a +1 for a server unban, but I agree he should be CT banned. Remember it was at 5 in the morning so there wasn't a lot of people on Yes but the original reason that I was banned overall was because I free killed 3 people then disconnected avoiding a CT ban.

Perm CTt ban is kind of harsh for free killing 3 people at 5'o clock in the morning. And the free kill was more of a tarp accident. It wasn't like I smoked them when they came out of their cells, :p. Thanks for the +1 though regardless. It doesn't matter if it was accident and you didn't mean to you still freekilled. And you left afterwords, thats asking for a SERVER ban. I understand you didn't mean to but you shouldn't of left and you should of just took the week ct ban instead of SERVER ban. I'm not being greedy when I say free killing 3 people shouldn't be a perm ct ban. Michael got accused of free killing the whole T side team and he got ct banned for 1 day. I'm just trying to be reasonable. When I free killed 3 people it wasn't right when they came out of their cells and then me killing them and disconnecting right away. They were all around 30 seconds separated and spread apart free kills, then I got off at the end of the round to go to bed because it was at 5 in the morning xD. But if I have to later make an appeal thread to get un CT banned as well after I get un-perm banned then I'll step up and do it. Thank you for the +1's so far it's a great deal of kindness after i've been so rude on the server my first week. I look foward to play with you guys again.

You know out of every person in the server, I never thought that you would give me a minus 1 :(.. Well, you see I left xG so my -1 doesn't count :p What why did you leave? You were so much fun lol.

Yes, i'm not going to try to lie or not own up to what we have done when we got on the servers in the past. After getting banned and after I started looking for other servers, it's just really hard to find a server like xG. Even michael would say, "gg can't play jailbreak anymore because you got banned from the best jb server and all the others suck dick". I'm really trying to make a change on my attitude and rep on xG.

I have a hunch why, and I take full responsibility for getting banned. I'm pretty sure I free killed 2-3 people LATE night at about 4 - 5 cst in the morning.. I really enjoyed playing on the server. And if you guys can go back to the hour logs, I had about 40+ hours in ONE week on your server. I'm going to be completely honest here, there is no better server out there than your guy's. I underestimated the xG server at first but then I started playing in different ones and it's really difficult trying to play in servers that isn't as organized as your guy's. Such as rules, and activity with admins are, etc... I messed up, and again I realize what I've done wrong. Since I got banned from your server I have a total of less than 3 hours on counter strike, and 5 hours on steam. Please if you give me one more chance then i'll strive my best to be a good influence on the xG server, and even try to become a member. If you unban me and I act immature again, and break rule after rule, then you can perm ban me again no questions asked. Please consider =/
