Also, you should know that I don't have a command to teamban DC'd players, only normally ban. So, you brought a normal ban on yourself by leaving. Had you stayed? 1440 CT ban.

You freekilled and then left. So I made it a week, as Vector said. If you had freekilled 3 people, it would have been perma, but it was only two, so I cannot consider it mass. I would not have week banned you if you had stayed on the server, but you didn't. You left, therefore increasing punishment time.

I only slapped @ all during the setup period. Harmless. Not being used to my advantage in any way. It was meant as a little joke. And the blind value was 0, as to unblind reds after playing a blind game, which Muffin later told me was not allowed. And Muffin has also seen the slaps and blind, and I have explained myself to him. Not sure why the same evidence was brought up twice, but I suppose it is open for a reason.

All it takes is me being up there for a quick second. I did attempt to tp out a few times in attempt to go back to the cells, and failed. Then I slayed myself. And /bring can be useful in JB. Sometimes I have to open cells if the blus do not themselves, and I also bring people out of certain games so they can have LR.

You need to think about what you are typing. That sentence made no sense whatsoever. I wasn't the one spawning the bosses, and I was not present on whichever JB server they were spawned on. Just because I do not specifically deny something does not mean that I am automatically guilty of it.

Proof is not needed of me denying it was me. Proof is needed showing that it was actually me spawning them. Which it is not.

Are you listening to what I am saying? I just said that I slayed myself once I was stuck in the map. I don't think I can do whatever I want because I am mod. I'm not even going to attempt to comprehend that last sentence.

What those screenshots do not show is that I slayed myself once I had TP'd up there. Nor did say that it was me that spawned all those bosses, and it never said they killed anyone. If you can find a way to prove that the bosses were me, I might understand you argument.

Well, since it seems that this thread has become more of a boxing ring for some people than an abuse report, I want to say one final thing. I am geniunely sorry for those who were effected by my blatant stupidity in my first 3 or 4 days as a moderator. This past week has been a learning curve for me, and I have been trying to straighten myself up with pointless commands. Ask Muffin or Nom, I haven't stopped bothering them asking questions on how to do this and what should the punishment be for that. I wasn't focused on doing my job when I first got mod, and now I am. I'm not sure what the hell I was thinking, misusing my powers like that, and I hope that you guys will understand that I yake responsibility for what I did.

As for the teleporting, I have actually seen Samit fall of a high place (ledge, building) and teleported himself back up onto the high area, in fear of being killed. Was about to slay him, and he died anyways.

Samit was the one obsessed with the /resize. I had to keep fixing people he resized, and it eventually got removed for mods. I also joined JB 1 and people were all different sizes, and there were no mods. Someone clearly had resized people and then left.

They both understand what happened. This has all been presented to them, and they muffin has closed the thread. I have explained myself in the other thread, so I am not doing it again. As a side note: slap has been removed for moderators on TF2.

This has all been settled, you do realize? 3. None of the Steam community pictures show that it is me in using power. In conclusion, you are doing the exact same thing that Insane did and was told was not grounds for demotion, dragging what has already been settled on.

The camping? I was in a cell with 2 other reds. Camping is defined by staying in one area with the intent of hiding from the opposing team. How was I hiding if there were reds in there with me? Also, when I was a member, the admins and mods all spawned bosses on freedays and if it was the LR. If we questioned them, we got the response, "It is allowed on freedays and for LR." If I was stuck in the map, I slayed myself. How is it proof of camping if it is a screenshot? Where is your evidence that I was there for 15 seconds? And I don't remember spawning a line of bosses like that. To add onto that, you show no proof that it was actually me spawning the bosses. Like I have said multiple times, I have vowed to not use any commands outside of kick/slay/ban/teamban for the time being, because of how I used powers when I first obtained them. And Bell. None of those bans were pointless. They all had a reason behind them.

That was my mistake. I meant I am restricting myself to only using those commands. I will only ever use anything outside of kick/slay/ban/teamban if they are completely neccessary.

I also cannot recall a time when someone "accidentally freeshoots" and I gave him a CT ban. Freeshoots? Kbras told me this: a slap and a warning. You think I can put "freeshoot" as a valid reason on a ban? You still have provided no proof as to how I am going too far on the bans.
