Miles, you made a fatal mistake. You were warned plenty of times by numerous staff to stop spamming death n' stuff. However, you ignored staff and continued to break rules, which resulted in you crashing the server. Honestly? It's been a while. He clearly seems dedicated to getting unbanned.

A perma ban for "exploiting"without being notified what the "exploiting" was going to do I was spamming death (not the only one) and later the server crashed I tried to join in and it said I was banned of course. I have previous bans but they let people spam death and sometimes I try to hit a key but instead I hit my bind (EX: Accidently hitting ; when I try to press the enter key ENTER key will make my character suicide.) If I spammed death and was banned for that It should be the Jailbreak servers, I recieved a web ban not a server(s) ban. If you can understand thank you.

Also, you are extremely racist, warned at least 10 times a day, banned for 1 hour, day, week, month, then permed. You told me to kill myself and said the members are faggots. -1 again. you had more than enough chances to stop and you did not. Also, it's a web ban because you caused a server to crash. It would be a ban from jailbreak if it was a rule that is only from jailbreak, for example, you can't mass rdm on a trade server, so what's the point in being banned on a trade server for mass rdm (If you didn't leave)?
