+1 i agree but should be a lower timer

 

I'm not a fan or a required time. Like many said before some players have played other jailbreaks before and can potentially be a good warden without playing t for a certain amount of time. Perhaps a menu with the rules and maybe hit 1 to say you've read and understand to the rules and 2 to say you do not agree with the rules( 2 would automatically put the player on T until he/she accepts that they have read and understand the rules) Just an idea.

as mcneo said, we had a huge discussion on this in CS:S quite a ways back. and there is literally no way we can regulate it.
