Last CT Music

Hey, everybody! Chuck here, and I had a new idea for the last CT music. Most people complain about the music, stating that it's either bland, boring, or pure faggotry. However, I think I have a solution. A song, that we can ALL agree on. Here's the link.

Out of the two above, I'd rather have #1 on the servers as the new last ct music. However, I'd think it'd get REALLY annoying after a while. I myself am not a huge fan of the current last ct music, and I'd kinda like to see it replaced with something else, even if it isn't any of the songs above.

Everyone has an opinion on what song should be played.

 

There should be a weekly/monthly contest where the winner can choose the Last CT song. Maybe you could enter the contest by donating?

Very good idea by lollerskater, but the hassle of changing it frequently is silence's decision. I for one am fine with the current music.

I also enjoy the current music. I just wish it wasn't this remix, and possibly the original/one from Mario 64.

Like I said in the CS:GO thread about last CT music, I think letting people pick different kinds of music for Last CT would be a good idea. Have a set list of songs that we can access through the Hub and then we can have people donate if they want to have a certain song added to the server, or just donate for credits to buy different songs to use.

Any music you pick will be hated by at least one person so there is no point in changing it all the time. I do agree with LoneWolf's idea though.

I myself really like the idea of picking out your own last ct music. I think it would actually resolve pretty much every issue surrounding it as well. If you don't like the current last CT music, just buy a new song and change it. Last CT music getting repetitive? Buy a new song. Plus, as Lonewolf said, it could really boost the amount of donations coming in.

Whatever the lastCt music is, (and i like the new song a ton more), I would like it if it was shortened, like a song 60 seconds max. Once we hear the music we know its last ct for the rest of the round anyways, and there are times when the ct needs to communicate with mods/admins or surviving players and the music makes this nearly impossible. Thanks.

ok i don't know the complexity of this, but could silence make a list of songs and have them be randomly selected as the last ct song for that particular round, so the last ct music woulndnt become stale?
