The thing is that Brian did not need to be forcing himself in to the Gmod admin channel, he has no powers on Gmod and he doesn't understand the rules for our div (At least that is what he showed on DarkRP). Now with him rdming, that shows he either doesn't understand the rules, or he knows the rules and just wants to break them (I don't know which one is worst). When an admin or someone else tells you not to do something then you go to do that thing or do something just as bad/worst, then that needs to be dealt with. A Permaban would usually do in these cases, but the thing is Brian is a Co-leader the admins shouldn't have to ban him. So that's why we are dealing with this type of thing right now. I have an idea, how about Brian go onto the Minecraft servers and grief everyones house. How about he let him go onto Jailbreak call warden and then kill everyone inside cells and then call freeday for any survivors in vents. I would have a good laugh and as long as I and a few others didn't have a problem with it, than breakin the rules is A-OK.

You are not even paying attention to what is going on now are you. This isn't about the newbies in the clan. This is about how easy it is to get into the clan nowadays, and how we need to change it. Now I know you are afraid of the clan dying, but this is not how to prevent it. The way you keep server activity up is by making the servers better and fun to play on, make it mean something to be in the clan by not accepting every person who decides to play on the servers. Have people give good reason for why people should be in the clan. Here are a few examples. If this person were to become a mod/admin, would they be good at doing it and can they handle being given those powers? What do they add to the server. (Creative, Helps admins out if they can, not just when they are RDMed, Makes the server fun to be on.) Just because someone knows the rules SHOULDN'T be the soul reason to accept someone, that is what people are meant to do and if they can't do that than ban them and don't accept the app. As well as just, "They are Super cool brah!" that shouldn't even be counted as a plus one IMHO.

Peppermint I think you should just find another clan, from what I can tell a good chunk of admins and members for whatever their reasons may be, don't want you on the servers (Not liking you personally, thinking you are just bad at following the rules, etc.). Even if you get unbanned, they will try and find any reason they can to ban you again, that's how it seems to be working at the moment and I feel you need to just move on and find some other clan or community who might accept you. -1

I'm sorry for leaving you guys behind, but I feel that I need to do what's best for me, and xG is not the best right now. If you couldn't tell, I'm leaving xG. I'm leaving mainly because of how the majority of the Current xG leadership is running things. But that's not the only reason I am leaving, I feel that Now this clan has entered a new era, and the old xG I knew and joined for is Dead, or at best just dieing slowly. I'll try to continue talking to some of you guys and gals. But for now, xG is just a way of communicating with the good people that are staying around for whatever reason it may be. Sorry for missing anybody, I'm only listing a few select people on this list.
