"Seeking/Ghosting/Bloodhounding"

Can T's tell other CT's where another T is, without the CT asking? Simply put, can T's Giveawy a position of another fellow T for LR, Or when Last CT activates? I feel like it's technically ghosting, but this is when both are live. It seems like its cheating. I just want clarifications so we know if someone deserves punishment, or if they're good.

Let's do an example:

There a two Terrorists that are ALIVE, John and Tom. Tom gives out John's position. John gets pissed and yells in admin chat:

"@YOWTFADMIN YOU GUYS DONT DO YOUR JOB YOU SHOULD ALL BE DEMOTED HES GHOSTING DEMOTED AND BAN THE FAG"

John is told that he is not ghosting because they are both alive. John gets pissed and leaves the server.

 

Yeah I have no clue what I just did but yeah.

If the person giving away someones position is alive then it is not ghosting. Therefore no punishment.

I see nothing wrong with doing this, I do it all the time to try and help the CTs out, but they alway go after me since they want me to STFU and stop yelling over my mic.

Its is allowed as long as they are alive.
