Texture Errors From New Update?

So my fav wep the festive bat has some weird low rez textures since the new update. I have all my settings high and other festives are fine. Any ideas?

If you know the solution id love to hear it because this is kinda getting annoying. Also this started after the love and war update went live.

It's a part of the update, since they changed all models to global models (how other people see them). Just install this mod and you should be fine.GAMEBANANA: 2011 Festive light Quality Fix (Team Fortress 2 > Skins > Other)
