So I was playing on the Xeno Gamers Morbus server under the username "Him", I had been on anywhere from 1-2 hours when all of a sudden I was banned for RDM. This had occurred right after I had shot a player with a crowbar who was jumping around like an alien in the middle of the game (it had 4 min left). Some kid started whining about how I had RDM'd him and *POOF* I'm banned. I had told him using verbal chat that I had killed him because he was jumping around with a crowbar near a dead body. I had also killed other players before. HOWEVER, they were all either following me after multiple attempts to persuade them otherwise or they were shooting at me (real trigger happy players who should be banned for this shit). I have played on your servers for nearly a year, I have played Garry's mod for over 6 years and I play on your TF2 saxton hale servers. I want my ban lifted. From now I will record EVERYTHING that happens on your server so that in the future, shit like this wont happen.

Note: I start college this Monday (the 18th or the date the ban ends) please try to lift the ban as I wont be able to play at all once I start school.

I changed my in-game name to Cosmondico, as that is what it usually is.

Also, I had people who recognized me and stuck with me whenever possible. If I had been RDMing constantly like the ban says, I would have been hated quite a bit more (I was on the server for 3 hours, after all).

You RDMed @eyesofdeath983 (an server admin). He was nice enough to send you a warning and not ban you. After that warning you did 2 more RDMs. We do NOT ban because kids start winning (usually gag them if they don't stop). An RDM log was used to ensure nobody damaged you first and that it wasn't an counter RDM (which is allowed on the same round). The ban length of 3 days is very reasonable considered you committed 3 offenses (2 after being warned by an admin) and will not be lifted before its expiry date.

+1 I was RDM'd by you and gave a warning right after the RDM had occured. 2 More RDM's were done by you the following rounds.
