HighPlains 0 Posted October 23, 2011 If 3 mods or admins agreed that he was hacking, that is proof enough. You see, they do not require proof if they witness something. You, however, require proof to be unbanned. You need to prove to us (mostly Aegean) that you were, in fact, not hacking. That may be a difficult task.
