Microsoft 0 Posted March 3, 2012 This is probably a really dumb question but is there any way possible to upgrade a graphics card on a all in one pc :|... I'm tired of playing css with 10 fps....u should go to console and type fps_max 15 :| its not fun...i cant shoot an m4 without going down to 8-9 fps...so if anyone wants to help me out and tell me if i can ugrade without buying an entirely new pc. SuBBJr 0 Posted March 3, 2012 Most dedicated graphics cards will be better if this is the case, but which one to get depends on how much money you want to spend. ATI stuff is nice (x1600, or x1800 or x1900, depending on the $$$).

SuBBJr 0 Posted March 3, 2012 Da fuck bro? Screw dat, just buy something like : null **Add me on steam garybob_the_great**
serbiansnaga 9 Posted March 3, 2012 best bet is to save up money and buy a brand new computer all together, ask aram if u have him, he can get u a pretty decent computer for an affordable price
danno 0 Posted March 3, 2012 Yeah, unfortunately there's no way to upgrade the graphics chip in that since there's no PCI-E slots. Do what Serbian said and just buy or build a desktop. You won't need a very good one to get a decent framerate and you can always upgrade it in the future. Pretty much all-in-one computers are like a giant laptop that doesn't have a battery and you cant carry around.
Foxxy 2 Posted March 3, 2012 Save yourself up to 700, then build yourself a decent computer like I said Micro. Trust me your hard work will pay off, a cheap, good computer is very satisfying to use.
themick07 1 Posted March 3, 2012 Go into your Steam library. Right click on CS:S. Hit properties. Set launch options. and type in -dxlevel 81. Hit "OK" or what ever then start CS:S. Should run much better.
JakeImpossibru 4 Posted March 3, 2012 What does -dxlevel 81 do exactly?
