Can't connect to cs:go jb server!

Anyone have any idea's? This message keeps popping up saying failure to receive data try again later. Can anyone help?

CS:GO needs an update to fix the lobby glitch. You can connect to it by typing into console 'connect SERVERIP' and you can get the IP at bans.xenogamers.com.
