Genesis 0 Posted October 19, 2012 Alright guys, since I'm not getting anything clear for Microsoft, I'm asking for help within the community. I'm getting an error from my Firewall saying : Windows Firewall can't change some of your settings. Error code 0x80070424 If I had to guess(and I'm usually wrong) my anti-virus deleted the registry entries of security center and firewall services from my win 7 registry. Has anyone had a problem with this that they can help me fix it? Cookies and gifts to you if you can help me fix it.

MineCrack 62 Posted October 23, 2012 If you installed software to control your router settings, go edit it from that panel.. Most routers come with a disk to install a manager and what not for trouble shooting. I can get on teamviewer later and help if you need.
Duplolas 1 Posted October 23, 2012 Uninstall microsoft security essentials and reinstall it lol. Then go ahead and download a registry cleaner if you dont have one. Argente - Registry Cleaner is really good. Use that after you have reinstalled it. Should work.
Genesis 0 Posted October 26, 2012 Problem= probably fixed. Turns out I had a Backdoor:Win32/Fynloski.A /Backdoor. In other words it's a Trojan that allows a hacker to remotely control my computer as if he was sitting at the keyboard. I may have fixed it by setting my computer to factory settings so it deleted a bunch of stuff that I'll re-download later. But homie don't play with that shit. Stupercrossman 2 Posted November 12, 2012 Try downloading Microsoft Security Essentials. If already done so, check for ANY updates, and dowload the update. Then preform a FULL SCAN, then go to history and remove anything in all 3 lists. Then, go to settings, and your settings should be able to set up. If you cant change, then i dont know what to tell you.
