It is a mature rated game, which means Valve would like to assume all playing users are either 18, over 18, or have had the consent of an adult guardian to play the game. Knowing this, we all understand there are many underage players on the server so I agree with silence. Though the game is rated M and spray porns are legal (though not necessarily allowed, i.e. the xG servers), it doesn't seem like a valid concern. Pick a spray without nudity; problem solved. (I say this with respect)

CTs need a mic because they need to be able to give orders fast and coherently, which believe it or not is easier to do by speaking than it is by typing. If you're gonna go CT, it's better and preferred to have a working mic.

Long story short, I've been in a dedicated guild before who was loyal to one game. When the idea of multi-game expansion has risen, everyone was on board and ready to make it happen. It lasted for about 3 weeks in total; the issue? If a clan is going to expand into another game, there needs to be players who play TF2 (or whatever game it is) in an almost biased way. In other words, most of us play CSS nonstop. If we're gonna play into TF2, we should make sure that we have pretty much TF2 only players. On my old guild we had people who wanted to play both but were loyalists to nearly only one game. Just my opinion and experiences.

I think the most overly broken rule is freekilling when CTs say freeze once outside of cell, a T jumps or knifes, and is then killed. I understand the order was given to freeze, but in a JB game freezing seems like an easy overused way to kill a bunch of Ts for fun. All Ts want to play the game, not take their hands off their computer peripherals and sit back while orders are barked. Just my opinion :P
