Yeah the server has gotten fairly popular and there are a lot of rule breakings because people are unfamiliar with the rules. I feel a way to better this, would be to impose harsher penalties to those that do not follow the rules: CTs that do not follow the rules are subject to more frequent teambans, trolling/mic spamming gets someone server banned, etc. Things that instill good behaviour? Also, Mods/Admins are doing a lot of work to handle 50 people on their own while also trying to enjoy themselves. I've personally even gone on spec and noticed some deaths and seconds later get messages about freekills. Some people (definitely not you Jay) get killed and just start complaining, despite actually NOT following the rules.

Yeah kennY can be fairly immature. I've seen him act that way numerous time. Shameful. However, that would have been a 'warden only' command. Best thing to do would have been to tell the warden what you did and ask on behalf of the T in question.

At first I wasn't a fan of the separated team and all chat, but I've gotten used to it. It's not actually that bad guys.

There should be something done about the kill whores. Often times warden says, "warden kills only" even for games that don't require one judge. It makes sense for games such as first reaction/last reaction and simon says, but not so much for roullette. There should be a rule that explains when 'warden kills only' applies.

I will definitely agree that it was your tag that inspired the freeday. You need to remember that you are a Mod now. You are a leader. People look to you for guidance. Therefore, yes you can be held accountable for your actions that led to this whole mess! That is definitely NOT what you said brah. If you did, then I wouldn't have even brought it up in-game! Neither would have Selby. You stated a false rule. All I wanted from this was from you to realize that you were wrong and that you wouldn't do it again: not to be challenged by you to go on forums to post an abuse thread.

I was there so I can vouche that this did actually happen. It had been about 30 sec since the warden had given an order. Yes I will admit that the warden was not the best (no offence). In the meantime, the Ts were forced to stay frozen and face their cells. I think the warden may have been a little preoccupied rounding up the rebelers (seeing as I was one of them). Fed up with a so far boring round, Major B yelled on the mic a false rule suggesting that new orders needed to be given every 30 sec in hopes that he would get a freeday. Normally, it wouldn't be such a big deal, but as a Mod you set an example and your word is believed. As a result all the Ts quickly followed Major B's actions.

I understand and can sympathize with Silence as regards to all the stress he has gained from running this clan. Alleviating the burden is a great idea to fix this. Choosing the right people is even more important. I feel that I will not only be a reliable choice, but the right one as well. How could you help xG if you were a co-leader: I feel I bring a lot to the table; I am calm and level headed problem solver. You are looking to appoint someone that will help with some of the hardships that xG experiences and I feel that I can do that. Anything else you want to add: The xG community knows me. I haven't had an agenda this entire time. You know you won't get any surprises because I feel like you'll get an idea of what you can get from me. In a professional manner, just think about if I will be a proper fit for such a leadership position.
