Nice, well I've been in Israel volunteering in the army for the past 2 1/2 months. I had a lot of school and I was in ESEA league, which I hope I am going back to when I get back. If you don't know who I am, I am sure some members still remember me lol. I was heading the scrim team but everything got too much for me to separate time for. I should be on TS3 soon, so I will be back.

So most of the new people don't know who I am, but i've been in the clan for quite a while actually, never ranked up because I had a lot of work and school since I am finishing up my degree. Basically wanted to say that I am coming back August 2nd, so I should be back online after being offline for 2 and a half MONTHS. Hopefully I will get promoted and with the other admins we will get this clan too be one of the best. Yeah so that's basically it, whats up?

I think Ducki that you should host tryouts and get a group of 5 then get someone to go on IRC for you and get a 5v5. Do the 5v5 and if you need to change anyone then thats when you do it LEAGUE MAPS Dust Season Mill Inferno For the most part those are them SO Get 5 5v5 Scrim Change if needed Play together often Good Luck :)

Don't close threads, didn't you say this is not a dictatorship? If PEOPLE WITH THE SAME INTERESTS are grouping together then why are people leaving the clan? If everyone enjoys each other then why are there fights. You do not look at the important aspects but rather overlook them. People are screaming the problems at the admins, I am giving my insight since after looking at Aegean and Arthman "talk" it over, the problem seems clear. But then again I have no clue what I am talking about right? That is what you told the other people that left the clan as well right?

Okay I'll make it simpler for you too understand Ero, I log on and every other time I do I see a new group started. What is the point? Glad to see high ranking admins supporting the mass majority that otherwise produces no results, only creates more problems with segregation. How could having a Trusted tag next to your name be beneficial when they account for 1-2 players on the server... Also I haven't been on much, but i've been in this clan for a while.

I come online to check every so often to see what is new, EVERY SINGLE time I come online there is a "new" group promoting. I do not understand why make a seperate group from XG. You guys should focus more on creating a larger clan with more people and be actively searching for new members rather then starting new things IN the clan. Just my opinion, I find this funny. No point in starting a new group if everyone is part of all the same groups. Mailman P.S. Stop fighting over language and other things like trolling, you can never get rid of them and people will not always respect you. Get some backbone and tell them to leave you alone and block/delete them from your friends. Just mind your own business and play with your friends :) Have fun

well i am uploading tons of pictures to my facebook, so ashley you could always add me ;) as for my employment. I am guaranteed employment in the israeli army, however i wanted to see the country beforehand. i am visiting till august 2nd which i will continue college and get my degree. i will hopefully choose between both armies, however i am leaning more towards special forces in the air force for the israeli army. Israeli Air Force Special Forces FTW!!!!!

Israel is amazing, very warm and I am getting somewhat of a tan. I join the army in 1 week where I spend the next two months on a base. When I get back, I will be finishing up school and going to most likely live permanently in Israel hopefully where I will join the army. Just wanted to check in with everyone and see how everyone is doing!! I see we have some problems in the clan bit these aren't new. I could throw in some advice but silence didnt want to listen to me before. When I get back, I am going esea main and cevo open for now. So everyone tell me what's up!!

Yeah that looks good. just need to do something so that it is unique. maybe a background insignia. maybe a object that reflects xG. Try playing around with it. Try putting the G on the bottom right. Positioning it differently.

Try instead doing something like this: the G overlaps the X by a tad so that it intertwines with eachother. xG like putting the G, the curve of the G, on the right top of the X. Hope you see it. I was thinking of ways to describe xG has a whole, since the clan insignia should be used as a way to picture xG.

I've posted this several times. To deal with the problems such as giving power to too many players you need ranks, depending on your rank you get certain priveleges. Abuse is also a problem which is dealt by appointing members to oversee clan and public relations so that Silence does not have to answer everything single question. TOP TIER Leaders Council of Leaders (these guys decide what will happen in the clan) Administrators (Running of the clan) MIDDLE TIER Moderators (Appoint these people making sure the servers run smoothly) Clan & Public Relations (these guys should know xG's rules off by heart, critical to ensure no abuse is going on, they deal with bans, recruiting, acceptance into the clan, make sure people are wearing the tags, the oil of the motor) LOWER TIER xG | (high members who have been in the clan for a while, these members are appointed to moderators and admins as well as relations) [xG] (middle members who would like the chance of becoming high members and who follow the rules) xG^ (low members are just getting initiated to the clan and want to become regular members) Why give Clan & Public Relations middle power, because you should never give someone to much power because abuse and disrespect is the stem from power. Limit the power and you will have people working harder to achieve the goal of becoming admins and such. There are many aspects to building a succesful clan and I believe that structuring the members and demoting people is vital. Leaders should not have to do all the work, hence the Relations Team should be fairly large that deals with all the problems and REPORT back to the Administrators who take action. Everyone see where I am going?

Protect the President Team Based, one player is the president hence he gets no guns but 100 armor and he gets bodyguards, you would get a plugin I guess to make sure the teams are even. The point of the game would be to kill the President but you have to get through his bodyguards first. Bodyguards would have to be either invinsible or high health. The Terrorists would be able to respawn but the bodyguards once they die, die. Catch the Rabbit Team Based, kind of like cat and mouse games. One player on other team and he moves extremely fast, a sort of speed hack. The objective is for him to the get to the other side of the map and plant a bomb per se. So the other players have to basically kill him.
