I'm new but I've noticed there is an excessive amount of children in the clan that are a bit immature. There should be some sort of maturity level requirements to join the clan, if not an age requirement.

Could be good for getting problems solved a timely fashion; On the other hand, Admins are going to get very annoyed with the amount of complaining from the other players. Then again, they shouldn't be admin if they're not willing to do their duties.
