well its simple there should be no killing ever in spawn, even after getting Teled. No matter what just no killing in spawn, unless a player is shooting (ie. Through glass, sniping from spawn) or engaging in combat from their spawn only then can the other team kill that one player.

Okay here's the controversy. Say I'm a CT and I get teled to the T's spawn from surf, am I able to use one clip, and one clip only to kill who ever is in the spawn? This might be a problem because I've seen people where they get teled to the spawn and they just stay there saying they haven't used up one clip and keep reloading. Plus there's different interpertation to the 'spawn killing rule'.

I actually think the MOTD for Surf could be changed. I think there's a few misinterpretation for that server which I'll go through in the CS:S forums. I've had some admins think is one way while I and many other people though it was the other way, there's a lot of confusion. Kewl Beans guys!

duckii the problem is that most people are getting familiar with the [xG:A/M] status. So when ever the admins come in they stop, and when they leave it continues. It really gets on my nerves, and to be honest I don't even bother to do anything anymore cause its the same **** different day. I just leave the map and don't come back until I think they're gone, and if not I just won't play RPG Surf for the rest of the day. We just need regular admins on RPG Surf, not just when players call them over, but ones that are there from start to end.

Well Duckii that's a problem that we must fix ;) but also a lot of people on the server think I'm admin which makes me LOL. But would I be breaking the rule, if I saw someone spawn kill and I told them to stop or like say "Last Warning for you [player]" then if he does it again I try to get an admin in the server, or I just leave and wait 30 mins

I want to make a statement without taking sides. Its good he's dead, but I don't see any facts for informations about this. Right now it could just be a theory (again). The only sources I trust; CIA, NSA, ISA, and anyone from the SOF community.

What we should do is change 'RPG Surf DM' to just 'RPG Surf' and just integrate skill based maps (ie. Fruits) into it. There should be a script to remove the guns, and if anyone wants this to happen, remove the points (ie. Long Jump) just for that map. Its possible to work things out with DM and skill maps. I like how I was the only one to say No.

I too agree (I am currently ranked 3) but all if not most admins are busy on Jailbreak which is understandable because of the freekilling, but with this leaves little to no admins available for RPG Surf which has a ridiculous amounts of spawnkilling asking politely just does not work. Also here and there there's a few hackers and they just overrun the game and there's just no more fun. I'm sure anyone that plays RPG Surf for a few days knows the level of spawnkilling and the low level of monitoring of the server.

NO! NO! NO NO NO NO! RPG Surf makes everything better and fun. Sure it gives an edge to those players who took more time to play and upgrade the bonuses. But RPG Surf makes it much more interesting. I loved how Fire Pistol and Bouncy Bullets was taken out and I think it should be done with Frost Pistol. Plus with the admin problems just add more that actually play on the server not just those that show up once in a while, meaning give admin for only that server and for those that have really put in the time to that server (though there are some that have high hours and are inactive). The biggest challenge I think we face in RPG surf is the spawn killing portion. Every time I'm on it you will always see a spawn killer you can never miss it.

4 v 100...ect could be 2-4 v 10 What happens is that one/two CT start off with your classic commando (M4,M249,Auto Sniper, USP, Full health & armor, and grenades) behind enemy lines (T's, only Mac10) How it starts: The CT are given a 10 second head start and the rest (T's) must hunt them down. The goal of the CT is to make it to extraction before killed. There is multiple predestine path, just like Zombie Escape. When the T's are shot they can either be frozen, or killed and sent back a few feet back.When CT's reach the Extraction they are picked up by a Chopper and taken away. Perks of CT Gunshipx1- Press E with Bomb equipped. Only for one of the CT's Roles of T: -Dogs; able to see CTs on Radar -Sniper; Only scout -Soldier; Normal Grunt I'm sure there's flaws

The only time I've seen Edison admin abuse was when I play JB late at night. But he always comes back and tells me it was a joke, and was just having fun which is okay with me. I <3 Edison in the most homosexual way ever.

Well I understand that the rule is complex, but yet I like is where its not too simple so it has flaws, but not too complex where it limits the members. @duckii I am glad to hear that my idea was already in the thinking, but I just feel that the division of power with Silence at the top would be much better rather than slience, you or another mod/admin. Plus I think that the group that decides on abusive power is deeply necessary because say Silence is to abuse his power, and say I post something up. What if he's the one reviewing it, there's a level of bais that might create uncertainty within the community. Lastly I like to say I might sound like I am ripping on you, but I don't want to make it sound that like. I'd love to see xG improve and become this amazing clan. I am a big advocator for "No one is above the law".

I'd like to add a JSO ( Joint Server Operations) where there are representatives per populated servers to represent the players, and the admins. They should be high ranking, high honorable admins with high amounts of experience.
