check this out, i got it playing surf rpg dm today, and needless to say, im am undissappoint :)

ive self taught myself and have been taught by some of my teachers and professors to always question everything, no matter how sure it seems, even something simple as 2+2=4, for all we know it could be potato (obv not but u get my point), and u have to look at it from the govts perspective, not that im siding with them, nor am i against them, but they say that the us invaded iraq for the oil. considering that the us is the largest consumer of oil per person (i think china is approaching them due to the billion or so ppl needing gas), it would make sense that they would need a lot of oil to sustain themselves as a world power not to be ignored. they are also running low on oil themselves, with the texan oilfields peaking in production, its only a matter of time before the entire industry starts to snowball straight down. and if the us didnt invade iraq, then they would have had an oil crisis a lot earlier and most likely with more severity than today, and also the public would most likely start rioting cause they're not allowed to buy gas to drive their 13 gallons to the mile trucks (exaggeration), so the govt would reluctantly have to find a way to get a lot of oil to the public to sustain their way of life, until eventually finding a way to shift the main source of fuel (fuel in general, not just petrol, gas etc) to a more sustainable and, hopefully, more environmentally friendly way. at this point, the us would have long pulled out of iraq and changed their way of life to be more friendly to the environment and not use a lot of the planets resources. this is just my way of looking at the whole geopolitical situation in the middle east and its relation to the us

anyone else think that if gabe newell spent half as much time releasing updates that **** up css servers, that he would have already finished half life 2 episode 3 and announced half life 3?

id like to request several surf maps be removed from the RPG surf DM list for several reasons: map crashes the server, map is outdated and flaws exist in the map that are hard to miss deletion: surf_rocketman_v2 (server crashes and resets to surf_legends_lite) surf_skyscraper (map is short and players die when they fall off surf, also the spawns are beside each other and other team can go and spawn kill) surf_skyworld_unlimited (this map is like a copy and paste map, u fall off the surf and get teleported back to top but it looks like u keep on falling, only 1 good place to fight each other and its a small circle above spawn and spawns are also right beside each other, even closer than surf_skyscraper) surf_drought_light2 (only 1 way to go when surfing, no secrets in map, only place where fighting happens is jail and its not that good, just some sand and two walls on either side of jail, when it opens it teleports u to spawn to try surfing again) request: surf_flyin_fortress surf_skyline surf_gauntlet_ds (rly hard surf map, one of those mostly-surfing maps) surf_ss_finalsurf_v2 surf_firingrange_hdr thats my list, btw, for one of the maps, surf_akai_f1n4l, there is an annoying stuck bug that happens when u fall into jail, some of the teleports get u stuck inside the invisible wall and u cant do anything unless someone shoots u or u kill urself, so just keep it in mind

same thing happened to me, i started steam and when it was updating, steam was acting all fudged up and kept freezing whenever i tried to start css, eventually it worked but i couldnt join any servers cause they had older updates on them.

they removed frost pistol cause a lot of ppl were complaining about it being overpowered when used with the awp-pistol combo, i should know, i used it all the time. also, how do u get the demo thing where u type it in chat or console and it records video? ive also heard from excision that xG doesnt haev any surf admins, its mostly minecraft and jb admins

i also thought u were admin too snoopy, and i thought arthman was also an admin, turns out there isnt as many as i thought there'd be. i know that xG has servers for minecraft and jb and that more ppl travel there and break the rules, but it would be nice to try to get an admin to regularly come to rpg surf, just so those spawncampers (too many to count) stop ******* me off by reducing me to 1 hp but not killing due to spawn protection. btw, jb is kinda fun to play, certainly different pace than surf, xG does need to add some new maps to surf and take crappy ones off though, oh ya, 9th place in points, 1st in rpgrank :D

oh im not admin, i joined xG like 2 days ago, i just play on the rpg surf server a lot, i think the server would need a more permanent admin or someone who regularly plays the server instead of just joining for like 20 minutes than leaving or joining and jumping to the jailbreak server

so is xG gonna do something about it? are they gonna recruit more admins to monitor the rpg surf server or will they just leave it as is?

just saying that there is a lack of admins on the rpg surf dm server, i play on that server a lot and am currently first place in terms of rpgrank and 16/17 in terms of rank. i notice a lot of ppl spawncamping and am powerless to do anything about it, other than to say "no spawncamping", is there something xG can do to increase admin surveillance on the server?
