Lemme know watcha think about this, 1. we should just allow mods and higher to decide on who gets mod 2. have a teamspeak meeting every week to discuss new mods 3. have a poll on applications to keep track of peoples overall thoughts about the player OPINION/SUGGESTIONS OPEN TO DA MAX

I just viewed a few of the new mod apps and im realizing DAMN, do i really want to read 5 pages of posts to then put in my opinion? It only takes 10 +1s from people yet the threads keep on growing a retarded ammount... and dont stop!!!! 10 people saying +1 to become mod is a bit low in my opinion (compared to size of our clan) and the votes just get lost in all the brouhaha thats going on in the thread. Should we find a better way to find those who deserve mod and accord it to them?

why the hell are mods supposed to deal with who called warden? If people in server cant even deal with the simple task of choosing a warden, what are we supposed to do about it? ct ban the people who spam "i call warden"?? Nah, not having mods on isnt the problem here.

^ lmao, i usualy dont detonate my bombs unless i get a minimum of 3 CTs or warden. I liked the bombs when they were 12000 but price is good at 15000

when it comes down to racism, all mods and admins have a different perspective on it and react differently towards it. I personaly dont get affected by racism on server unless its spammed or being said in a derogative way towards that race, or when people complain about it of course :P am i the only one that cant see the screenshots?? its all pixelated

As you all know, or should, i recently received moderator and have been living thru the life and times of moderators. As most xG members know rules and all, i keep getting admin chat messaged by them explaining what someone did and sometimes even an explination on steamchat but i am unable to do anything about it since i havent seen anything. I strongly believe (depending on who msged me) that the person at fault is guilty and feel a need to do something about it but cannot. I just want to hear peoples opinions on this subject because i honestly think xG members should be our eyes on the server too so we can be as close to the 100% efficiency mark. -Thank you for reading :)
