We already have two Co-leaders, Aegean and Duckii. I +1 this, he's a great guy and he knows how to run stuff.

Large portion of the mods are in school. Some also don't play CS:S, either at all or they don't anymore. That's the one thing about being a moderator that some people forget; you have to be active and actually moderate. And by active you have to play on our own servers

Exactly. I doubt EVERY mod is in school at those times. Some just stop playing CS:S after they get mod and I don't see why..

Not...really? It's fairly well known that there's a percentage of mods that don't pull their weight in regards to slaying freekillers. I think it isn't mentioned very often due to people in the past trying to bring it to the attention of the community, only to get a summed up response of "We don't pay attention, deal with it"

There's about like 100 probably more mods and yet we only have like 3-4 on during the day when there is like 50 people on, and late at night about 1-2. It gets stupid when someone has to go on the forums or go out of their own way and waste their OWN time to get a mod to help stuff out. Shit needs to be fixed or enforced.

I agree with this post. Some mods just don't care and disregard everything even if they see the kill. I was on jailbreak last night and I asked like 3 people to come on because we need an admin/mod, but they were all supposedly busy. It's kind of stupid knowing we have SO many mods, yet usually we only have like 3-4 active ones during the day, then barely 2 during the night. It's starting to getting annoying that we have to deal with our own problems because mods aren't on. It gets to a ridiculous point where we have to go out of OUR way to ask a mod to come on the server when they should already be on it.

Why do so many people start becoming inactive after mod?

People who think they will get mod after post whoring.......

Everyone hates mad on the Jersey Shore but right now I have to say it's the only series I watch. It's pretty entertaining. I hate like the people and what they are, but they're good people they just have a stupid image. Regardless of that I like the drama and all that shit.. Makes for a great show.

I say if you still have good feelings for your ex go for your ex. Smoking is disgusting. I guess you can't stop people and their habits, my mom smokes and I drink too much pop, oh well. I'd rather destroy myself with fluids that taste good than cigarettes. I dated a smoker once and I literally had to take breathes in between making out. I won't bash anyone who smokes though, it's your choice.. It's just a bad one in my opinion.

On the subject of weed, I don't see how it harms people. The only negative long term side effect I'd say is that it leads to experimentation which could lead to addiction of other drugs. Other than that I have no idea why alcohol is legal and weed is illegal. My mom smokes weed, I've smoked weed before but I'm not really into it, but I'm not that much of a retard to say it should be illegal.
