I say just CT ban him, he's a very terrible player when it's to CT, constant vent camping, baiting, walks into cells while T's are in it. It's just really bad

Can anyone post up a download link for this map? Everytime I try to join the map it won't let me because it gives me the message of "Your map is different from the servers" I tried deleting it and joining again but no luck. Anyone can send me a link to the map to download?
